Most hospitable clinic! Breast augmentation & fat graft

I forgot to include these photos in my update. Here are more photos at the 3 month post-op mark without a bra or clothing. I've included a before and after side by side photo at the end of the photos. There is a notable difference between the two.

I'm able to wear a bra at this point. The implants have settled nicely and my breasts look and feel softer and fuller. The implants aren't noticeable, and there's no pain. The scars are healing nicely. I tried on a bra for the first time since before surgery. I began with a 38A cup prior to surgery. I tried on and bought a 38D cup bra that fit perfectly.

I'm happy with the results. I'm able to have better cleavage than I did before, though in the future I definitely will go slightly bigger but not too much.

The results are looking better and better each day. I look back at my before photos and see the difference. I haven't had many issues since the surgery. Occasional pain and tightness, but overall healing great. Only thing I noticed is that when I lay on my back there is some slight lateral displacement where the implants look wider set. But from what I read that can happen regardless. The incision sites are healing great. I have been applying scar ointment and patches to keep them soft. The breasts themselves feel softer and they've definitely dropped some since the last update.
