Profesor Sailer is a good man. His wife Dr. Sailer ist auch sehr gute Frau, und beide sind nett und sehr menschlich. Ich habe mit meinem Angst vor OP zu tun gehabt , aber die hatten sehr große Verständnis. Ich kann die nur empfehlen. I am a naturally slim woman, but I am genetically pre-disposed to some back fat. My husband tells me that its negligible .. but it bothered me a lot. I am very careful about how I dress. Genioplasty and Implant Removal - Switzerland

Had chin implant 2 years ago which left me with a wonky smile and constant discomfort. The surgeon who did the implant surgery agreed things were not right and offered correction. Risk of Unnatural/overdone Result

For my opinion, you have to be careful with Prof. Sailer. I've seen many patients of Prof. Sailer and many of them have very overdone, unnatural appearance and some of them are very unhappy with their surgical outcome. If natural result is important for you, I would not recommend Prof Sailer as you may end up with very unnatural appearance and it will be difficult or impossible to correct or revise. May be some patients are satisfied with their results, but I would not rely

Irreversible Damage - Suffering Since 2003

All that glitters is not gold. Don‘t trust Prof. Sailer or his make-believe clinic. Ever since the bilateral masseter reduction he performed back in 2003, I have been left with severe tissue scarring that has caused a massively limited jaw range of motion.
