I had my rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Kim Hanjo, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The surgery went smoothly, and he delivered exactly what I asked for—a natural, refined look that complements my features. The clinic was exceptionally clean, and the staff were attentive and professional throughout the entire process. I also underwent incisional eyelid surgery with Dr. Park Minwoo, who perfectly achieved the eye shape I had envisioned. The results are beautifully balanced with the rest of my facial features, and I’m incredibly satisfied with the outcome.
I had amazing results with Dr Kim, he is very knowledgeable about what looks best for your nose and explains in great detail how he will approach the process to achieve the results. I am only 1 1/2 weeks. There is still swelling so I can’t wait to see the full result, but already I’ve had a lot of compliments saying my noses natural and looks slimmer! I’ve had an alarplasty as well as a bulbous tip reduction with ear cartilage. Dr Kim explain that there is a limit to how much could be reduced which was nice to hear because he wants best for your nose appearance. I’m very happy and I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a rhinoplasty. The post op was stress free and my scars are barely visible.
Got breast augmentation and double eyelid surgery done at Eight PS and I am beyond happy with my experience! If you are travelling to Korea for surgery, I would highly recommend setting up a consultation with them!
I knew I’m only going to do my rhino with Dr. Kim ever since our WhatsApp consult. Dr. Kim isn’t just a great surgeon, his communication skill is also impeccable. I think it’s rare to find a medical professional who doesn’t assume their patient is dumb and provide answer in a very structured manner. I had 2 consultations in Seoul prior to meeting Dr. Kim and still has another 2 in the upcoming day. As soon as I met him, I knew there’s no point in meeting the other 2 surgeons, so I cancelled my upcoming appointments and ghosted the previous 2. He was very thorough in explaining which procedure and material is needed. I have a very complicated case with a history of tripod and nasal fracture and it’s crazy how Dr. Kim provided better explanation of my tripod fracture than my surgeon who actually fixed my fractures. My rhino plan includes osteotomy, 3D implant (bc I have deviated septum), donated rib + ear cartilage for my tip. There’s no pain after just HEAVY discomfort, and what’s crazy is I had a full blown convo with Dr. Kim during my surgery. I’m one month post-op now and things are great so far. My tip is still pretty up turned and too projected but I’m still very early in my healing stage so I’m sure it’s going to deswell even more. I’m so happy with my result so far, even all my family and friends think it looks very natural (despite Dr. Kim and I ranking it a 4/5 in a subtle to dramatic scale haha).
I’m now one month post-op from my rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim Han Jo from Eight Plastic surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the follow-ups, Dr. Kim and his entire team were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt well cared for throughout the entire process. Dr. Kim has a great eye for balance and harmony—my new nose looks incredibly natural and fits my face perfectly. What stood out most to me was how Dr. Kim truly listened to my concerns and aesthetic goals. He explained everything in detail and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Even a month out, the swelling is minimal, and I’m so impressed with the shape and definition. If you’re considering rhinoplasty and want a surgeon who is both highly skilled and compassionate, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kim Han Jo.
I had my nose tip plasty and breast augmentation at Eight Plastic Surgery a month ago.I couldn’t be happier with my results especially since I had a rhinoplasty done in the past with another surgeon and I didn't liked the result at all.Dr Kim Han Jo and the entire team have been amazing. Everybody was so kind and welcoming. Eight plastic Surgery offered me excellent care before, during and after surgery. I can’t recommend Dr Kim Han Jo highly enough. Both my surgeries had great results. I wanted my nose and breasts to still look somehow natural and that's what I got. I have been insecure about my nose and small breast for all my life but now I can actually smile in photos and feel good about myself.Recovery was easy and smooth and I was back to normal life within one week. Can't wait to see the final results after full recovery. I will definitely recommend this clinic.
I am about 2 months post-op after getting a rhinoplasty done by Dr. HanJo. He spoke English very well and the translator I had through Eight was helpful. I had a consultation and surgery on the same day and was able to be back in my hotel room resting that afternoon. I got did an altar base reduction, silicone implant, and used rib/ear cartilage - scars are minimal and continued to heal! I still have some swelling I’m hoping will go down while it takes shape over the next year!
I’m so satisfied with my breast augmentation that I did with Dr. Kim Hanjo. It was my first surgery ever so I was a bit nervous about the procedure. I did a first consultation with Dr. Kim Hanjo and since he spoke English fluently, he explained to me all the steps of the operation and guided me in the choice of incision and implants. He really put me at ease and therefore thanks to him I knew that I was finally ready to take the big step. I chose Eight Clinic because of their english staff and the after care that they provided that is included in the price. I ended up choosing the underboob incision and Mentor implants since it’s the implants that appealed more to me. The surgery itself went really well. After going to the operation room, they proceeded with anaesthesia and next thing I knew, I was already awake in a room and after one/two hours of rest I was able to go home already. The pain wasn’t as bad as I thought. It only hurt me a bit in the abdomen area when I tries to stand up or lay down in my bed but that’s it and it only lasted 3 days. After that, I was already out and about living my life as per normal. I was a bit scared that implants would look weird on me since I’m a bit skinny but I’m really satisfied with the results. I only have compliments from my friends. Some of them even want to go through breast surgery now after seeing my results. It’s now been 1 month since I did the surgery and my boobs are swelling down and starting to feel more soft and natural. I have no regrets in doing it and choosing this clinic, my only regret is not having done it earlier and not choosing bigger implants hahaha
After researching and inquiring with several clinics, I scheduled three in-person consultations before ultimately choosing Eight Plastic Surgery with Dr. Kim Han-jo. My main goal was to refine my nose—essentially, my original features but more balanced and proportionate. I wasn’t interested in silicone implants or a high bridge, and I really appreciated that Dr. Kim respected my preferences rather than pushing for reference photos or additional procedures, as some other doctors had. In the end, I underwent tipplasty using my ear cartilage, osteotomy, and bulbous nose correction :) Consultation I initially reached out via WhatsApp, where Yunie was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. Our conversation began with an online consultation—I sent in photos of myself, received procedure recommendations, and was provided with an initial quote. I’d eventually meet her in person at the clinic, where she became a great pillar of support, assisting with scheduling, logistics, and post-op care. The in-person consultation was professional and well-organized. They conducted a CT scan before the consultation. Dr. Kim provided detailed explanations using photos and diagrams to break down each procedure and potential results. He showcased a wide range of outcomes, from subtle, natural refinements to more dramatic transformations, and we both agreed on a result somewhere in the middle. The entire process felt collaborative, as if he was working with me rather than simply dictating what should be done. I initially thought I’d need alar reduction as well, but he advised against it, explaining that refining the tip alone would achieve the balance I wanted. I appreciated his honesty and felt like I was given realistic advice. The clinic has an on-site anesthesiologist, which was another factor in my decision, as smaller clinics often don’t have this level of support. Another highlight was their fluent English communication which made the entire process much smoother. Surgery + Recovery I was definitely nervous as this was my first surgery ever. The facility itself had a corporate hospital feel in a good way—clean, modern, and well-managed. My partner was even allowed to wait in the lobby during the surgery and joined my pre-surgery appointments. A funny and unexpected part of my experience was actually having a brief conversation with Dr. Kim during the surgery (don’t worry, I didn’t feel a thing!). I knew I’d be under anesthesia/sedation, but I didn’t expect to be aware enough to chat. It was surreal but also oddly comforting! Post-surgery, I had zero pain, just significant swelling and bruising for the first week. I was able to breathe just fine after the surgery. They gave a pamphlet with post-care instructions along with an eye mask that doubles as an ice pack. You’ll have to take medication 3x a day and apply ointment regularly. The most inconvenient part was not being able to wash my face or hair properly while the bandages were on (I wasn’t prepared for that, and a salon visit would have helped!). On day 3, I went in for a nose + ear cleaning, bandages and stitches came off on day 7, and I had a final check-up before flying home. They also offer deswelling treatment. Results + Before/After Photos Even with some swelling left, I can already see the changes and I love them! My nose looks balanced and natural, like something I could have been born with. So far, my friends and family can’t quite pinpoint what’s different about me, which is exactly what I wanted! As of today, you can see that my nose is still slightly crooked and upturned from the swelling. I was told that'll go down during the next few months. My nose also gets numb when I touch it to wash my face, put on a tight top, and whatnot, but that’s normal as well. Overall, I had a great experience at Eight. If you’re looking for a skilled, experienced surgeon who genuinely listens, I’d recommend Dr. Kim Han-jo.The clinic has a strong track record, the process was transparent, and the results feel tailored :) If you’re on the fence, I’d definitely recommend booking a consultation. His demeanor in person was reassuring, and it truly felt like he had my best interests in mind.
Dr. HanJo spoke English so coming from the US that was a great for being able to communicate what I was looking for. I wanted a natural result and that’s what I got and I am still waiting for swelling to go down to get even better results.
