I underwent double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction performed by Park Minu, along with rhinoplasty by Kim Han Jo. I am currently about 2 months post-op. For the eye surgery, there is still some residual swelling and slight unevenness at this stage. However, the clinic was clear and transparent about the healing timeline, explaining that final results can take up to 6 months as swelling gradually subsides. Knowing this upfront has helped set realistic expectations, and I am continuing to monitor the progress as healing continues. As for the rhinoplasty, I have had no issues so far. The outcome matches what I discussed during consultations, and the shape looks natural and aligned with my goals. Breathing and recovery have also been smooth. Overall, my experience has been positive. The surgeons communicated clearly about expected results and recovery, and I feel comfortable trusting the process as my eyes continue to heal over the coming months.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Kim Han Jo and the entire team at Eight Plastic Surgery. The facility is stunning, so clean, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. Had my primary rhinoplasty done by Dr. Kim Han Jo and I’m obsessed with the result. I had 3D silicon implant, osteotomy, tipplasty with rib and ear cartilage implants. I’m writing this review 2 months postop and I have received so many compliments from friends and family. Most of my friends and coworkers said they didn’t even notice that I had surgery but they noticed that my face looks more uplifted and defined. Dr. Kim and his team was wonderful. They took great care of me. Everything from the consultation to surgery to postop care went smoothly. I chose Dr. Kim not only because of his experience and confidence but also because he listened to me and worked with me to determine what’s best. He asked me to rate from 1 to 5 how natural I want my nose to look, which none of the other doctors did. He wasn’t pushy when I told him that I don’t want alar reduction. The cost was comparable to other clinics in the area. They were transparent with the cost and there was no hidden fees. The recovery process was pain free. I didn’t have to wear any nostril braces, so I could breathe normally on 2nd day. The swelling and bruising were minimal and resolved after 1 week. The clinic also offered unlimited red light therapy, one time oxygen therapy, and airport transportation. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kim.

My rhinoplasty looks decent. I got rib, ear cartilage, and a custom 3d silicone implant inserted to achieve a higher nose-bridge and more defined nose. I am waiting for a full year before I decide if I want to get a revision. Doctor speaks great English and explains everything in detail.

Dr Kim did my Rhinoplasty in July. I had a large, flat and short nose, wide alars and no bridge and wanted a nose that would improve my physical appearance and facial harmony. From consultation to aftercare Dr Kim showed care, understanding of my needs and great esthetics. It's easy to forget what you want to ask once you're in the room. I would also follow up afterward with a text to confirm understanding, options, and what's included in the price. Surgery Day: Surgery day went smoothly. The staff made me feel calm and comfortable, and everything was explained step by step. The English translator was there to translate as needed; however, almost everyone I encountered, Dr. Kim, the consultant, and the desk staff, was all very fluent in English. I would try to get aftercare instructions before the surgery unless you have someone with you, which I would advise. I was loopy from the anesthesia and did not have a clear mind, but otherwise felt fine physically. Aftercare & Follow-Ups: There were several follow-up appointments to make sure everything was healing as it should. I recommend taking notes or asking for written instructions after each visit because it's easy to forget little details. If anything is unclear, reach out. I sent a few texts with questions, and the team always responded quickly. Healing Process: Healing takes patience. The first couple of weeks, I had swelling and bruising that made me second-guess things, but it has improved daily. There is a “torpedo” stage and a “drop and fluff” stage. Trust the healing process. Follow the aftercare instructions and wear the correct compression bras as directed. Now that I'm a couple of months out, I feel good about my decision. It is definitely an improvement from before. My results are looking more natural, and I’m happy we chose the right size to fit my body. It hasn't been an overnight change, and I am still healing, but taking it one day at a time has been the best advice. I would still make the choice to undergo the procedure at Eight if I had to do it again.

Facilities were very clean and modern. Red light therapy for de swelling was also available upon request which I recommend taking advantage of as much as possible as it helped my recovery a lot!!

Did rhinoplasty with Dr Kim and the results were stellar.. it was so natural that my friends and family could barely tell I did anything. I think you should go prepared with a vision board and let the doctor know what direction you’re going for. It also helps that Dr Kim is fluent in English so there wasn’t anything lost in translation. Honestly that was also one of the biggest draw factor I chose Eight Clinic.
