Dr Amirsheybani performed my breast augmentation 12 years ago. I went from an A cup to a C/D cup (depending on the bra) and am extremely pleased with the results. He was able to give me breasts that are natural looking and proportionate to my body (5'7", 135 lbs). I have no idea what implant type he used or how many "cc"s they are, nor do I really care. I put my trust in him since he was the expert and wasn't disappointed. After talking to others and seeing their "results", I am thankful I didn't choose another doctor. He did an amazing job. Even after 12 years, I continue to be pleased with the way I look. Truthfully, I don't remember the specifics of the operation or the interaction with him or his staff. I know I had consultations with several other surgeons and opted for him. Since that time, I have had other cosmetic procedures performed by different doctors on the East Coast. Some have met my expectations and others have not. Currently I'm thinking about removing my implants and replacing them with slightly larger ones. I'm even considering traveling 3000 miles to have Dr Amirshebani do the surgery since the first time was such a success.
I recently found out I had a hernia along with my diastasis recti. 3 c sections hasn't helped the tummy out either! I'm tired of being in pain and not being able to hold my kids or do normal daily activities without pain. I consulted with a plastic surgeon and am looking forward to this process. I will post pictures soon. Updated on 22 Jul 2015: I met with Dr. A yesterday. It went well. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. I asked if he was going to do lips as well and he stated no. That kind of makes me feel good because I apparently will have great results without it. My surgery is Monday. I will have a breast reduction in 3 weeks, same doc. As promised here are some photos of the belly. Updated on 25 Jul 2015: Well it is a couple of days until my surgery. I figured I better give myself a clean out sweep to help after surgery. Let me just say THAT did not taste like cherry! Nope. It resembled the glucose pregnancy drink. As I gagged it down I thought "I wonder how long this takes to start working?" I am renaming it the liquid torpedo! 30 minutes . 30 minutes people. Luckily I had stocked the bathroom. Drink lots of water. And prepare for doing nothing much but running to go for a bit. Updated on 26 Jul 2015: It's been a pretty laid back day. Got the rest of the cleaning done, all the clothes washed and things laid out for recovery tomorrow. Ran the hubby through the plans and what needed to be done in case I was just out of it. Have a super early appointment time. I'm excited and nervous. I am glad that the hernia will be repaired, my muscles sewn back together to prevent further problems and that after recovery I will be able to hold my kids again. Breast reduction is in 3 weeks and ha e seen the progress of another gal who went to the same surgeon. She looks amazing and is healing very well. Ready to get this show on the road. Updated on 27 Jul 2015: Surgery went well. Took quite a while to get the pain managed. I am home now. 2 drains and a few hundred stitches later. Updated on 27 Jul 2015: Here are some pics from today. From the side you can see how flat it is even with the swelling. The skin you see are my thighs. Updated on 28 Jul 2015: I'm up moving pretty well. Last night I slept great in the recliner and not much pain ???????? Updated on 30 Jul 2015: So my drains lately have had clots and junk in them. I do not want a blockage issue so I strip them every 3-4 hours. Can you say ouch??!! Due to all of the serious layers of stitches to fix the diastasis and the hernia, I still can't get up by myself. This too shall pass. I hope that everyone else is having a great recovery. Updated on 30 Jul 2015: It is only day 3. I took a sponge bath and washed the binder. I ha e swelling but my results are still great. Updated on 31 Jul 2015: I have been up and around more today and boy are my abs rock hard. I can feel the ends of the drains too so I am assuming swelling is coming down. I am rethinking having the breast reduction so soon in August. I might wait until I feel up to it. My body is already on overdrive. No bm yet but it's gurgling so maybe soon. Other than boredom doing pretty good today. Updated on 1 Aug 2015: My drains even though I strip them 3-4 times a day to keep the clots going out is less than 10 ccs. I am hoping to get them out this week at my appointment on Thursday. Bms are moving right along with no pain no strain. I take 2 doses of a powdered laxative one after coffee and one in the evening. My appetite is coming back which I am making sure I manage my portion size. Just now I had some strawberries and granola. Nom! Anyway I hope everyone's day is going well. Updated on 2 Aug 2015: I have a little bit of swelling not too bad considering I have gone up and down the stairs twice today. I'm still on my pain meds. Yes I still need them. I tried going one morning without and lasted 1/2 day. I paid for it all night. So when my body tells me that I am ready, I will wean off. No shame in my game lol. I also over ate today. Word of advice small portions, eyes lie to you. ..darn you pecans! Here are some updated photos. The swelling is not that bad. I can finally get out of the recliner by myself and get back in as long as it is already released to recline. Baby steppin. Updated on 5 Aug 2015: I cannot wait for my drains to come out. I can feel them inside. The drainage is less than 10 ccs a day. I will be taking pain medication prior to my appointment due to the fact this will probably hurt. Did anyone else's hurt? Updated on 8 Aug 2015: well I am my own worst enemy. I was up and down the stairs all day. Hung out with the kids in the backyard several times yesterday and was up with the little one for most of the night. I woke up in so much pain and the headache was insane! I am sore and the muscles running vertically down the front are super sore. I really hope I didn't damage anything...... Updated on 9 Aug 2015: Well the rest of my body is going down but my tummy is still a little swollen. My innie the dr gave me is an outie. He giggles and poker it then said " well I made you an innie but it will go down when the swelling does" Updated on 11 Aug 2015: I went in for a dressing change because the area around my jp drain was coming off. Let's face it I washed my hair in the shower yesterday and I was slower than molasses on a winters day! So it got a bit wet. I tried to get it dry with gauze etc but the tagaderm was peeling off. They said come in and guess what? My last drain was pulled! ! Drain free! Yes! Nivia the PA who is amazing did ground me to my recliner though. She is concerned because I have been pretty active with the kids starting school. So I got grounded lol! I go back in a few days from now to double check the swelling. I hope everyone is having a great week! Updated on 12 Aug 2015: i got grounded by my fabulous PA Nivia yesterday to my recliner. My last drain was taken out. I just looked in the mirror and the swelling has gone way way way down! I had to tighten my binder. I am super excited! I have been drinking water like a camel and have not been up much. I will post photos tomorrow but I am so happy right now! I also am starting to wean off of the norco by using ibuprofen. I am sure that has helped as well. Updated on 14 Aug 2015: Updated on 14 Aug 2015: Updated on 17 Aug 2015: I am wondering if I am ready to sleep in my bed. I am 21 days post op, I have been sleeping in the recliner and let's face it, it is getting REALLY old. I am afraid of sleeping on my side because I feel an uncomfortable pulling while I am attempting it. I just don't want to mess anything up with all of the work they did in there. My appetite is coming back and I have been keeping portions small. I am thankful that I stopped the antibiotics too. I called because they were making me nauseous. Nivea said to stop taking them. Wish me luck on the bed adventure lol! Updated on 19 Aug 2015: Slept in the bed last night using an obscene amount of pillows to support me on my side. I slept the full night didn't even get up to use the restroom. I was worried about swelling. I seem fine. I used my last norco yesterday and my last muscle relaxer a few days ago. So switching up to rotating between ibuprofen and a mydol type product with acetaminophen to help with swelling. I felt a pulling on my left side so I slept in my right. My parents who are visiting and helping moved the recliner downstairs. Bye recliner! Updated on 29 Aug 2015: Hey all. Went in yesterday and aside from getting smacked in the head by a picture falling off the wall, everything is healing great! Nivia and Karen took my stitchea out of my sides, cleaned out my belly button, gave me a new binder, and handed down some restrictions from Dr. A. NO CORE EXCERCISES EVER AGAIN. Yes ladies ever. No crunches, no sit ups, no planking, no piyo :( which is a Pilates yoga hybrid. I can lift pull and push up to 30 lbs. Bending is still a challenge though so I am hiring a housekeeper to come in two times a month, until I get to 12 weeks p.o. Sex is a go. My incision is losing from one little spot. I graduated from the yellow xeroform to just neosporin and a gauze. Clothing wise. I am down 17 lbs from preop. I can fit into shirts confidently, my pants no longer roll down with the fat/hernia flap, and I fit into shorts that I haven't in years! Updated on 5 Sep 2015: I thought I posted this but I guess not! I am 20 lbs down from the pre surgery weight. My belly button is deflating as well. Dr. A did say he gave me an innie so I am assuming that this means the swelling is going down! Updated on 5 Sep 2015: My scar still weeps from a small spot in the front. Other than that it is healing nicely Updated on 8 Sep 2015: Updated pictures ladies. I am very happy and thankful. Not only do I feel better and look better, this surgery improved my life. The hernia and diastasis was very painful. Now on to the breast reduction in November. I needed a break between the 2. Updated on 11 Sep 2015: The last time I measured these babies I was a 38 F. My back kills me most days and I am limited on activities, clothing, have to buy special bras and forget about running/jumping. I was a solid 34-36 D after my first child and am reducing back to that. Already consulted Dr. A he performed my tt and he will be performing this surgery. Very happy with his work and staff. Updated on 30 Nov 2015: Had my br today. It went well. Just a light stinging sensation so far. Overall extremely happy with the results! Updated on 2 Dec 2015: Had surgery Monday. It went well. Tried a bra today, not quite ready. I will try again in a few days. I love the results! The pressure off of the sutures is great, not to mention my back, neck feel great. Updated on 23 Dec 2015: Well I can finally wash my own hair, and my energy is a bit slow coming back. When I lay on my side it feels like a stampede of ants inside my boob lol! Swelling still. My tummy tuck is swelling because I can't wear my binder yet but, overall happy with my results.
Dr Amirsheybani was amazing! I wanted to look as natural as possible and he suggested 325 mentor silicone high profile under the muscle. I chose to go blind and did very little research because everyone told me that the Dr would be know what would look best anyways. Dr. A came with high reviews and his work looked natural. Memorial Hospital did an amazing job as well and Dr Moran the anesthesiologist reviewed my chart the night before and even though I am highly sensitive to drugs I woke up and didn't get sick! Two of the nurses who attended the Dr. for my procedure are setting appointments for breast implants as well, I told him I should get a kick back for advertising lol. I have had full mobility since the next day. I am taking ibprophin and muscle relaxers, and over the counter I am taking vitamin e and my protein shakes to help with healing. He stretched me from a 300 to get the 325 in but he said I looked better with 325, and I agree! I am 5 days post op and feeling great! I even have some feeling returning already which I am so thankful for. I had to do a quick shout out to Dr A and the amazing team at Memorial Hospital in Modesto on Coffee rd. Thank you for helping me look like a woman no more bra stuffing for me!!! Updated on 6 May 2014: I feel like I have a sun burn as the nerves are healing and sensation is coming back. Other than that I am doing great! Still no complaints! I have been doing the message the Dr. A told me to do. VERY HAPPY!!! Updated on 6 May 2014: I don't know what happened but my before and after shots did not show up in my profile. So I adding it to my news feed. This is 5 days post op Updated on 6 May 2014:
Had Breast Augumentation and a lift paid $7,000 cash it was my whole mommy make over savings I had been saving up for some time after having two kids working hard to save! I was not happy with his results and was told I could go right back into his office to get them bigger if I was not happy with the size after I go in for all my check up's and told him I was definitely not happy with how small they where, I could still fit in my old cupsize bra it was so depressing he said to wait till the swelling had went down for my last check up to talk to him about how much more I wanted to go up in cc (cupsize) then come to find out he had moved to a different location and I even had a consolation where he was relocated and he told me the cost would be $2,100 because he now works for a different company maybe to a Dr $7,000 is nothing but to me it was supposed to change my life and make me feel better but instead I feel depressed for waisting all that money and to not be happy with the results Im not a picky person I don't expect perfect he should have at least try to work with me considering how much I paid!!!!!!!
Having a breast lift soon. Looking for feedback on how much time it will take to heal? 36dd looking to be a c cup. Not sure how much pain I'll be in and how long I'll have To be on pain meds. My consultation was good, I saw the surgeons nurse and she said they would take about 200cc out to make me a c cup Updated on 29 Jan 2018: Updated on 13 Feb 2018: Surgery is getting closer. Can anyon reccomend what type of bra I can purchase that would be the best after surgery? Updated on 9 Mar 2018: My surgery was this morning at 7:30am. Everything went very well and have minimal pain. When I woke up i felt a burning sensation basically around the incisions. I have no bruising yet and have pretty good range of motion in my arms meaning I'm not sore or tinder in those areas and can still move very well. The nurse, anesthesiologist and Dr. Were all amazing. They all made me feel so comfortable. I was up and alert with no grogginess whatsoever. I will keep posting progress pics as time goes on. Updated on 10 Mar 2018: Second day of recovery and I'm feeling really good. I have soreness and a burning feeling but it's not bad at all. I'm staying on top of my meds and taking in vitamin C which I here is good for recovery. I can lift my arms-also no bruises yet. Can't wait to seem them on Monday at my post-op appt. Updated on 11 Mar 2018: Two days after my surgery and I feel great! I'm a little sore but not bad at all. Can't wait to bandages tomorrow! Updated on 13 Mar 2018: Hi ladies! Recovery is going exceptionally well. I've had minimal pain and very little soreness. The incisions are tender and stiff but that's the extent of it. I am very pleased with my Dr.'s work so far and can't wait to see the end result. Updated on 14 Mar 2018: i stopped taking pain meds today. I have minimal pain so I didn't want to keep taking them. I showered last night and that went well. So far recovery has been fairly easy. Updated on 19 Mar 2018: Hi ladies just got my stitches and tape removed today. It went well. No pain just a little sore and stiff especially in the morning. I have a little puckering around my right nipple, the nurse said it should be gone around the fifth week of healing. Can anyone out there give me some info in this?? Is this normal? Anybody else have this and how long til it went away? Other than that I'm very happy and pleased with the way they look!
I'm 5'4" and 128 lbs small frame , cup dd. I have bad neck and shoulder pain. I'm looking for relief. After having all my kids gravity has taken it's toll. Tired of unraveling them at night and rolling them back up in the morning. When I'm lying down they flop to the sides. They hurt after I take my bra off. Hard to find the right bra that fits or bathing suit. The left one is bigger than the right. I got approved by my insurance for my br, California, Dr Hamid Amirsheybani. Im nervous about it. Trying to find before and after pics of his work online but not having luck. I'm going to schedule an appt. to go see pics at his office. My goal is to take that hanging gravity weight off but don't want to be flat, still want volume c-d cup. Wish me luck. Updated on 11 Jul 2015: Well I have 8 more days to wait. I need to get prepared. I need to get some sports bras because I have none, always felt I looked terrible in them. I also need to get one of those "TV" pillows that you can lie on floor with to prop myself up with because I hear I will be sleeping on my back for a while. Not looking forward to that. When I had my consult it was with the doctor's PA and was told I will be having drains and I get to go home the same day. I will get 4 weeks off of work. Tuesday I have a preop and will actually get to see my doctor. I'm going to write my questions down so I don't forget. Any advice on what I should ask please comment, maybe it's something that I didn't think of to ask. If there is anything else I should get to prepare for post op that was of great help to you please comment. I will update after my preop and let y'all know how it went (: Updated on 14 Jul 2015: Seen my doctor today, Dr. Amirsheybani, i showed him some pics of the size and shape of what I'm hoping for. He was very informative, understanding. We decided on c cup. He told me surgery would be 2-3 hours and recovery will be 2 hours. I might or might not have drains. So Monday at 5:30 am pst I'll arrive at hospital, 7:30 am pst is the surgery. I got a prescription of keflex, phenergan and Percocet. I was told I could shower because the binding I will have is waterproof. Postop on 7/22. Had my lab work already. So now just to wait. Updated on 19 Jul 2015: Wish me luck, tomorrow is the big day. I'm so nervous. I hope the girls turn out good. I will update tomorrow if I'm able to. Updated on 20 Jul 2015: Everything went well, i feel sore, pain is tolerable. I don't know if pics went through I can't see them but tried. No drains. Little bleeding left nipple. Going to rest. Updated on 20 Jul 2015: Yay did it! Updated on 21 Jul 2015: Doing well, hard time sleeping on my back. Restless legs. Only slept like 4 hours probably. Been taking my pain meds every 4 hours and the antibiotics. Here are some pics of second day. Updated on 21 Jul 2015: Right side view didn't upload first time, here it is. Some swelling as expected. Tomorrow I go in for my postop appointment. Updated on 21 Jul 2015: Okay now here it is... Updated on 22 Jul 2015: Today was my first postop. They took my tape off and left steri-strips on incisions. Healing up well. Told can shower just let water run down and pat dry. Told to get sports bras that hug and support, named the genie bra. No underwire for 4 months. My next postop is next Wednesday. Updated on 23 Jul 2015: Postop day 4, tape was taken off. I feel good as far as pain, still feel weak but doing great. Just taking it easy. I had a bowel movement yesterday, been drinking Apple juice. Yay. Starting to feel a little itchy but thats part of the healing phase. Updated on 29 Jul 2015: They took off steri-strips and the stitches will dissolve. I was showed how to start massaging my scars in a week. I'm healing up really well. My next appointment will be in a month. Updated on 6 Aug 2015: Updated on 28 Aug 2015: I seen my PA today Nivia and she thought I was healing beautifully really pleased with the way the scars are healing. I still have a few scabs left and she asked if I was wanted her to take them off but I said no I can wait and let them come off when they are ready lol, ya I can wait. I noticed my left breast underneath has a really hard lump and she said it was fat necrosis that can take up to a year to go away but nothing to worry about. I still use pillow while driving because seat belt bothers when rubbing. If I lift anything heavy I notice that still bothers. Otherwise, doing good, no regrets. My nipples aren't perfectly symmetry but it's not bad . I'm still happy with progress.
