Outer thigh lipo-Dr. Grant Stevens

I'm 41 and have been considering having outer thigh lipo for 20 years. I don't have great skin quality so I was never brave enough to take the chance. I eat very clean and workout 10 hours a week since I was about 18. Despite being a very fit 5'4, weighing a max of 127 pounds and wearing a size 2 or 4...I could never lose the small "saddlebags".
