ProMD Health - Arlington

I have been going to this practice for many years and have always had a great experience. I always leave the office feeling refreshed and looking natural. I never look like I have had too much botox and I love that people are surprised when I tell them I get botox. The staff is up to date on all the current products and anti aging solutions.

The ladies at the front were pleasant and attentive. I initially called when they were closed, so I left a voicemail and sent an email. Not only did I recieve follow up calls (which went to my voicemail) from Katy/Katie and Taylor, but the process was very accomodating as we ended up communicating via email to help arrange my appointment.

The office was clean, on the first floor and easy to find.

I arrived on time and did not wait at all.

Staff is super friendly, knowledgable. Facility is high end but prices for services are exactly what I would expect for the quality of services here. I worked with Madeline + Mike -- awesome, non intimidating bunch that really helped me figure out what my goals were and made me feel comfortable asking all the questions. Dr. Gavrila is a fantastic doc who listens and makes you feel very comfortable. He's great at teaching you what he is doing and the "why". He takes his time to get the right spot for your botox, it's not haphazard as some places have seem to been done to me in the past. Additionally, the office staff is fabulous and the office itself is beautiful and smells so fantastic! I'm fairly new to injectables and in August received Dysport with another provider at a different company. I was pleased, but the results wore off very fast and I knew something wasn't right.
