ProMD Health - Arlington

I have been going to this practice for many years and have always had a great experience. I always leave the office feeling refreshed and looking natural. I never look like I have had too much botox and I love that people are surprised when I tell them I get botox. The staff is up to date on all the current products and anti aging solutions.

The front office staff are polite and professional and I never have to get a voicemail when I call. I can always speak to a receptionist. The office is nice and modern. There is ample and safe parking and the building is easy to find.

The doctors always take time with me and listen to my concerns. They offer suggestions, but never try to over sell me and I appreciate that.

I would love to see more specials offered. Additionally, a referral incentive would be a nice thing to offer too.

I have been going to this practice for many years and am always happy with my treatments and the overall experience.

I love that when I call an actual person answers the phone. The office is beautiful and modern. The parking is simple and the office is easy to find.

I always leave feeling refreshed and never look overdone.

Have been going to Pro MD for a long time. Amanda always makes me look natural and refreshed. The office is beautiful, parking is easy and the staff are friendly. I also love that I get to speak to live person when I call.

The ladies at the front were pleasant and attentive. I initially called when they were closed, so I left a voicemail and sent an email. Not only did I recieve follow up calls (which went to my voicemail) from Katy/Katie and Taylor, but the process was very accomodating as we ended up communicating via email to help arrange my appointment.

The office was clean, on the first floor and easy to find.

I arrived on time and did not wait at all.

The assistant (I forget her name! She was taller with longer blondish hair) was very friendly, engaging and knowledgeable on procedures and skin care.

The CNRP provider, Max Lenowitz, was affable honest and explanatory. Discussed different options and did not feel pressured into anything.

It was my first time getting botox, so aside from what I've researched online, I didnt have any working knowledge on what to expect.

The whole experience was an overall good experience, executed quickly yet thoroughly. I did not feel rushed and was asked several times by the assistant and provider if I had any questions.

I can already see the effects after two days, though was told it would take up to a week for final results.

Very pleased and everything went so well that I am most definitely interested in scheduling another appointment and learning about other treatments offered here.

Staff is super friendly, knowledgable. Facility is high end but prices for services are exactly what I would expect for the quality of services here. I worked with Madeline + Mike -- awesome, non intimidating bunch that really helped me figure out what my goals were and made me feel comfortable asking all the questions. I've moved around for work quite a bit in the past few years so I've seen a lot of providers and this team is easily one of the best right off the bat. You can tell they all genuinely enjoy what they do (versus just being there for the money....etc... I've seen a few providers like that) and it makes for a wonderful environment. I recommend to all my friends! I will be back!

Drea is very kind and gentle! I love her delicate approach to suggesting treatments! She is great with Botox injections! I am planning on making an appointment for lip fillers with her. Always a pleasant experience seeing her.

Just saw Drea for my Botox. I had a great experience, and will be seeing her from now on. It’s so easy to make an appointment, clean office, was seen at my appointment time…no one tried to push any treatment on me, and they have a great rewards program.

This was my first treatment and I'm so glad I chose this office. The staff was friendly, helpful, and answered all if my questions. They didn't pressure me or try to upsell any services. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Gavrila is a fantastic doc who listens and makes you feel very comfortable. He's great at teaching you what he is doing and the "why". He takes his time to get the right spot for your botox, it's not haphazard as some places have seem to been done to me in the past. Additionally, the office staff is fabulous and the office itself is beautiful and smells so fantastic! I am looking forward to a long relationship with ProMD Health and recommend the practice to everyone. Thanks Dr. G and staff!

Drea has been amazing with my Botox and filler (chin, cheek, smile lines, eye trough) treatments. Better than natural results but not at all fake. I was worried as a newbie but she and the assistant Maddy put me at ease and are why I returned. Appreciate her advice and artistry!

I'm fairly new to injectables and in August received Dysport with another provider at a different company. I was pleased, but the results wore off very fast and I knew something wasn't right. I did some research and saw the excellent reviews on ProMD Health and Drea. I'm SO happy I came and gave it a try. These results are FANTASTIC. It's everything I hoped it would be. Drea was also very kind, answered my questions, and made it an easy process. I will be back and will no longer go anywhere but ProMD Health!

Drea and Maddie made me feel like we had been bffs for years! Having that kind of experience off the bat made me that much more comfortable and at ease, especially when I get nervous around any and all needles. She was very gentle and kept me updated throughout the whole procedure (lip and cheek filler, multiple areas of dysport).

The part that stuck out the most though was that she actually HEARD my concerns and made suggestions based on exactly what I wanted to fix even though I came in for one thing. And those suggestions? they worked.
