I’ve received Botox and fillers by a few aestheticians, RNs, and MDs, (in their respective private practices) over the years.

Megan has proven to be the most knowledgeable and thoughtful of all the clinicians I have seen. After receiving filler elsewhere that create a little bit of swelling in my cheeks (mostly only noticeable to me, but it was driving me nuts). Megan immediately identified that it was a result of the treatment and I needed the reversal agent for filler. I was skeptical bc I had just recently been told by an MD that it was fine and I convinced myself I was imagining the swelling! Yay Megan!!!

Cailie was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She kept me smiling and happy during the appointment. Being at ease when someone is injecting you is so important and I would not hesitate to tell anyone to go see Cailie!

I have been going to this practice for many years and have always had a great experience. I always leave the office feeling refreshed and looking natural. I never look like I have had too much botox and I love that people are surprised when I tell them I get botox. The staff is up to date on all the current products and anti aging solutions.

The front office staff are polite and professional and I never have to get a voicemail when I call. I can always speak to a receptionist. The office is nice and modern. There is ample and safe parking and the building is easy to find.

The doctors always take time with me and listen to my concerns. They offer suggestions, but never try to over sell me and I appreciate that.

I would love to see more specials offered. Additionally, a referral incentive would be a nice thing to offer too.

I have been going to this practice for many years and am always happy with my treatments and the overall experience.

I love that when I call an actual person answers the phone. The office is beautiful and modern. The parking is simple and the office is easy to find.

I always leave feeling refreshed and never look overdone.

Have been going to Pro MD for a long time. Amanda always makes me look natural and refreshed. The office is beautiful, parking is easy and the staff are friendly. I also love that I get to speak to live person when I call.

Meg is seriously the best! I would not trust anyone else! She’s so gentle and calming. Also does an amazing job! She listened to what I wanted. I was nervous about getting my lips done but she eased my mind and helped it look so natural! Also her numbing method… amazing. Highly suggest. Also the prices are so competitive!

Had botox. Loved it. Clean office, no wait and great service. Staff are so friendly. Affordable services. Also showed me how to register on Alle app. Already earned 200 points toward next visit. Looking forward to next service.

I love Promd health in Baltimore. From the moment you walk in the lobby until you check out, it’s absolutely first class service. This last visit Amanda did my Botox and I couldn’t be happier. She even let me film the process and to top it off answered a question I had regarding the service, on a Saturday night no less. Now that’s dedication. Did I mention how happy I am with my Botox? Love. Love. Love. PS. Dr. G is truly a miracle worker as well.

Botox at ProMD has been a wonderful experience. From the helpful and knowledgeable staff to the friendly doctors, the whole process is efficient and easy. Fast booking for appointments is a plus. I'm very happy with the results and the office.

Dr. Gavrila is a fantastic doc who listens and makes you feel very comfortable. He's great at teaching you what he is doing and the "why". He takes his time to get the right spot for your botox, it's not haphazard as some places have seem to been done to me in the past. Additionally, the office staff is fabulous and the office itself is beautiful and smells so fantastic! I am looking forward to a long relationship with ProMD Health and recommend the practice to everyone. Thanks Dr. G and staff!

I have been going to Jen over the past year for Botox injections. She is by far the best in the business! She is highly skilled and does not overdo it. Such a professional, friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend ProMD in Columbia!
