Dr. Santiago is truly an artist. At the age of 44 I went in for what I thought might be a pre-mature facelift. We ultimately determined that my desired results would come from a neck lift. I'm just a few days out from surgery and not only do I have minimal to no pain or bruising but the results are already extraordinary! Having work done is a very personal and serious decision and should only be handled by the best of the best. Dr. Santiago is truly that. I could not be happier with this experience!
