I had a rhinoplasty and lip lift with Dr. Fechner. It was very important to me I found a skilled and qualified surgeon that could best match my needs. I went to a few surgeons and ultimately decided to go here. Dr. Fechner is very thorough and takes the time to answer you might have. The procedure went great and so did the healing process. He made sure to highlight what to expect through the healing process which was very helpful, because you do not always get the full picture of the healing process online. I knew exactly what to expect and all the staff here are very nice.
