5 Star +++ Plastic Surgeon and Follow Up Care Team

I am now 4 weeks post-op and have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Dr. Agullo and his team. Over the course of 3 years through diet and exercise, I have lost over 130 pounds. With that weight loss came a lot of excess skin which I needed the help of a plastic surgeon to get rid of. This was my third skin removal surgery. Unfortunately, for my first two surgeries, I used a different surgeon, where I did not receive good follow-up care and ended up with complications.

Dr. Agullo is truly a master at his craft. I am early in my recovery and I already see the huge aesthetic improvements from the procedures he performed. I had an arm lift, spiral thigh lift, glute lift, and augmentation. The scars are pencil-thin, and as they heal, will continue to lighten and hardly be noticeable. The loose skin rolls on the back of my thighs are gone, my butt is lifted and no more hanging skin on the back of my arms. I can’t wait to get back into the gym and actually see the results from all my hard work. It won’t be hidden under the excess skin anymore!

The follow-up care I have received here has been outstanding! These are medical procedures and require medical follow-up care. Nurse Practitioners Margie and Yvonne are outstanding and have provided me with skilled medical care, kindness, and patience. Nurse Maria who performs the at-home checks was a true godsend and got me through that first week. Nurses, Pamela and Ellie, are so kind and help you feel comfortable during office checkups. My lymphatic massages with Vanessa are always so enjoyable and relaxing. The ladies up front are always so welcoming and willing to work out scheduling with you.

The bottom line is I highly recommend Dr. Agullo! I am so grateful to him and his team. After the experience I had with another surgeon, I was extremely nervous going into this surgery. I couldn’t be happier with my results or the care I received at Southwest Plastic Surgery!
