So Glad I Found Dr. Patel!

I truly could not recommend Dr. Patel more, I am so extremely glad I found her for the procedure I was having. I'm in my 20s, have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, and have lost 50 pounds over the last couple years. With that weight loss, come loose skin. I had always had a bigger, "puffier" mons pubis area. With the weight loss, that fat pad held on strong. For years I had issues finding pants that fit me and didn't extenuate that area. I mainly wore leggings or loose pants and hadn't worn a pair of jeans since high school probably. I didn't know a Monsplasty was a procedure until I started my research. Once I figured out this was the right option for me, I started looking into doctors. I found Dr. Patel, read her reviews, checked her entire website and Instagram, and immediately booked a consult with her. My first time there and the front desk staff was so warm and welcoming, and meeting with Dr. Patel about my potential surgery was so exciting. Dr. Patel was so kind and welcoming from the second she walked into the room. She is extremely knowledgeable and informative and went over every option and what they entailed. I decided to move forward with the procedure as I was confident in my choice to go with Dr. Patel. My surgery was in November 2025, it was an in-office procedure, and I went home comfortably a few hours later. The pain truly was not even bad; I took my pain medicine only twice and was able to just use Tylenol for the rest. I did have a small complication, BUT it was caused by the massage therapist I went to. During that time, Dr. Patel was there whenever I needed her, I could call or text her at any time and she got back to me immediately. She reassured me whenever I was in my head too much and had me come back for follow up appointments so she could keep an eye on everything. Special shoutout to her Medical Assistant, Melissa, who was in surgery with me and took care of me after and at every appointment, her kindness and compassion is unmatched. I am now 2 months out of surgery and have finally put on a pair of jeans again! The difference from before to now is incredible, I have a newfound confidence and can wear the pants I want to wear, not the pants I have to wear to hide. 2 months later and I am still going to post-op appointments so Dr. Patel can make sure the results are the best possible; I truly appreciate the ongoing appointments because that shows me that she truly cares about the long-term result of all her patients. I truly am so glad that I decided to go ahead and do this procedure for myself and my confidence. I am even more glad to have a doctor I fully could trust, and was so invested in every single step before, during, and after surgery.
