Dr. Diana is making my dreams come true. After having a panni last year, I am going back for more in a few months. Everything went well, and I love my results, I just decided that since I am nearly 60, I might as well go all the way!!!
Dr. Breister-Ghosh and her team were great! Beautiful results! My surgery was a work of art, and exactly what I was hoping for. Dr. Breister-Ghosh and her team made me feel comfortable and safe from start to finish. Wouldn't have chosen any other doctor!
Dr. Ghosh was beyond perfect as a surgeon, and my results are exactly as she described and exactly as I had hoped; completely natural and beautiful. In the hospital pre-op room two of the nurses assisting me had used Dr. Ghosh for surgery themselves and raved about their experience. If the nurses in the hospital, who deal with all the doctors choose and swear by Dr. Ghosh, that counts for a lot in my book! Dr. Gosh is so pleasant and professional, gentle and caring, and just plain cool! I couldn’t believe all the post op appointments, all included in the original price, quick and convenient. I felt very well cared for. My recovery was amazing and easier that I had thought. I have since seen Dr. Ghosh for Botox and she’s equally skilled at that as well. And SO reasonable!!!! If I ever decide to, or need to have another cosmetic surgery, there is no other doctor I would consider than Dr. Ghosh.
Dr Breister-Ghosh performed a lower face lift and breast augmentation on me in December 2018 and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I never thought I would have a face lift however a few years ago I started noticing “jowls” and decided I needed some tightening. It’s subtle enough to get good results and no one really noticed I had anything done (other than I look refreshed and not as tired). I would use Dr Brewster-Ghosh again if I wanted another procedure done.
Excellent! Dr. Breister-Ghosh is a true artist in cosmetic surgery. I had a neck lift done and am very pleased with the result. She has a caring personality and puts one at ease. Very professional and staff is wonderful!
After suffering an implant rupture on the left side, I was feeling very self conscious and worried about any ensuing health issues. Dr. Breister Ghosh was able to see me right away and assuage my fears, as well as get me scheduled for surgery within 2 weeks. She removed the ruptured implant, as well as the enraptured one, and replaced both as it had been 13 years since the initial surgery. The surgery was seamless, was free of complications, and Dr. Breister Ghosh's entire staff was warm and helpful through the entire process. I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking an experienced, Board certified plastic surgeon with impeccable skills.
I was not happy with the way I looked in the mirror. I lost weight, had sagging skin & fat under my neck. I also had bags under my eyes! I cannot say enough about Dr. Breister Ghosh. She did a fantastic transformation for me. And she is a very down-to-earth and a very nice person. Uncommon for Drs.
I would like to have a breast lift on my right side with bilateral implants. I have had one consultation with Dr. Brewster-Ghosh and plan to schedule a surgery date in the near future. I am hopeful that I will end up with fuller and even breasts.. scarring is not something I am too concerned about.. Updated on 9 Dec 2015: I'm all booked for January 6th with Dr Breister-Ghosh and will have new (and symmetrical) boobs this coming new year! I'm starting to feel very anxious and inpatient. I'm still going through and trying to pick wish pictures before my pre op on dec 21st. Still having a hard time deciding how big to go. Hubby and best friend are saying "go big or go home" but I'm wanting a more natural and non obvious look. I am currently a 32D on the right side (I double side tape an add a cup size pad into left bra cup) and purchased a bra in 32DD and 32DDD to get ideas for sizing. Has anyone had succuss using the rice method to determine implant sizes? Updated on 7 Jan 2016: I am in so much pain. The pain medications made me nauseous and I couldn't keep anything down until the Dr called in anti nausea meds this afternoon. I can barely move my arms and feel super uncomfortable. I'm worried I am hurting my breast implants by moving my arms around to reach my phone/remote. I'm really happy with the size. Ended up with 325 cc on the right and 415 cc on the left. I changed my mind morning of surgery and told her to go a little bigger than discussed and I am so happy I did. They look great!! Still trying to figure out what foods are best right now that will stay down. Nothing sounds appealing and I feel so bloated. Can't wait for my post op visit tomorrow afternoon!! Hopefully they switch out this bra because the Velcro on the straps is itching me to death! Ahhh Updated on 8 Jan 2016: My Day 2 Post Op Visit with Dr Breister-Ghosh went great. It felt like a weight was lifted off my chest when she took of the temporary bra and compression bandages. I'm much more comfortable in my new post surgical bra. Pain is still really bad but I think it's due to my low tolerance for pain. Still on the pain killers and trying different medication for anti nausea. Thinking I might eat some actual real food tonight besides bread and crackers.. Nothing really sounds appetizing though. Right side looks a little bigger but I think it's due to the fact that that breast had a breast lift and probably has more swelling.. Right side did receive a much smaller implant than the left. She said everything looked great and I get to shower tomorrow!! Woo hoo. Going back for another post op visit next week on Tuesday. Updated on 15 Jan 2016: I love my new boobs more are more each day!! I'm feeling much better and back to normal activities around the house. Still not lifting any heavy objects.. Except my 2 year old son who I accidentally picked up today. I had my 2nd follow up 2 days ago and got my sutures cut out and the tape replaced. Everything is healing very nicely. The right is a lot more swollen than the left still since it had 2 surgeries(lollipop lift and implant). I have been instructed to massage the left since the muscles seem to be contracting and pulling the implant up at times. No massage for the right side. Going back in 2 weeks for another follow up and to get the tape removed. I don't think I'll have to wear the tape after... Updated on 6 Feb 2016: Last night my tape was falling off so it was time to take it off. Loving my results. They don't look even in my pics but in person and in bras they look perfectly even. The left definitely has some dropping to do and I've been massaging daily. Updated on 20 Feb 2016: Healing great and using scar away silicon sheets. Updated on 9 Apr 2016: Still absolutely loving my results. They aren't completely even and perfect but I was totally prepared for them to never look the exact same and they never will! Looking back on my before pictures and I can't believe they used to look like they did. I started with a 32D on the larger breast and am now a full 32DDD. 415cc left and 325cc right. I feel like my breasts are perfectly even size wise but they photograph different. I gained a full cup size after they "dropped and fluffed" My left breast is still higher and I am hoping it continues to drop over the next several months. I was originally wishing I had gone bigger but if I had gone any bigger, finding bras and fitting into clothing size xs and small would have been difficult or impossible. I'm still using scar away silicon sheets and I'm not sure if they're helping a lot. I've been using them for about 6 weeks and will use for another 4 weeks. I'm so ready to not wear tape/strips on my breasts. Really over it! So happy and loving the way all clothing looks on my body now :) Updated on 20 Sep 2016: Considering revision to tighten right breast muscle pocket and doing a slight lift with anchor scar. The right implant moves around too much and falls completely to the side when laying flat. Updated on 20 Sep 2016: Updated on 6 Nov 2016: Top: pre op Bottom: today I know they look better than before. I was not expecting them to look perfect... but I'm not really happy. I'm really bummed that the right implant is laterally displaced (falls completely to the side on my chest wall when laying down) and sits too low. Also have had some skin stretching on the lower right breast and the right implants moves around a lot which is uncomfortable. I have a surgery date booked December 16th for a revision on the right breast with a different surgeon specializing in revision surgeries.
I was originally a size A and had 520 cc saline implants placed in. I just had them removed and replaced with 220 cc saline implants with a breast lift. The current breast implants were far to big with my frame; 5'2 and 110 pounds. My neck/back always hurt/soar and I felt tired most of the time. When I would run on my days off; I would have to wear 2 tight sport bras and the massive size that they were I was limited to do so many things. Sleeping was uncomfortable and I was limited to so many types of clothing. So far; I'm very pleased with the results and look forward to getting back to running here shortly...and seeing the final outcome.
Dr. Breister carried out an earlobe reduction surgery on me a month ago. Her work was superb and was beyond any of my expectations. From my recent experience with her, I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone requiring cosmetic procedures. Absolutely well experienced, professional and a caring approach. I felt totally taken care of and comfortable. Firstly, I was scared going into the initial consultation as I thought it would be painful and the recovery would be difficult. However, in the procedure, there was no pain at all. After the surgery, I felt no discomfort or pain. I had the stitches removed two weeks ago and my ears look perfect and there are no scars. Dr. Breister is wonderful!
Hello and thank you for your question. The short answer is that we, as surgeons cut through old scars quite often. But, I think you may be referring to the scar on your trunk. If the scar is on the right, I would assume its from an open cholecystectomy. This may be an issue if you were having a full tummy tuck. The surgeon would need to avoid dissection in that area. In the case of a panniculectomy, that procedure is much less inasive, and the scar in your right upper quadrant should not pose an issue. Good Luck on your journey Warmly, Dr. Diana Breister Ghosh
Hello and thank you for your question. You will need a periareolar approach. You nipple position can not be changed at that surgery. It will be difficult in general to change the location of the nipple/areola. In my experience, the Nipple/areolar complex shrinks and changes after surgery. Wait until after you procedure......4-6 months and then determine if you still would like a nippple reduction. Hope this helps you! Dr. Diana Breister Ghosh
Hello and thank you for your inquiry. I think the periareolar is a good technique for you. Since you are young, the skin should retract back nicely. Good Luck with your surgery! Warmly, Dr. Diana Breister Ghosh
Thank you for your inquiry. I believe you would do best with a periareolar approach. I don't think a double incision is necessary or even doable given your nipple placement. I'm certain your skin would retract back nicely. I wish you luck on your journey! Warmly, Dr. Diana Breister Ghosh
Thank you for your question. I tell my patients that they will laying around recovering for 7-10 days. After that you will be more mobile and move around more readily. The total recovery time is 4-6 weeks. At the 6 week mark, 99% of my patients are able to resume excercise. Good Luck on your journey! Dr. Diana Breister Ghosh
