I plan on having surgery with DR. Nguyen. I love him. I have had botox and filler her with excellent results. I would highly recommend. Very ethical doctor. Willing to give advice but also listen to what you want and perform above and beyond.
Have lower facelift/lower-upper eyes and neck lift this Thursday.. I keep shifting myself from stress back to excitement :) I know I'm going to be super happy (and relieved it's over!). My surgeon is spectacular and I keep reminding myself that he does this all the time. All I really need to do is have a great attitude and sleep. I have prepared everything that everyone has suggested on here, giant thanks for this forum. I keep reading all the facelift reviews over for reassurance, they really help! I'm very grateful to everyone here for their helpful advice. Here are my before photos, taken today.Updated on 5 Oct 2016: Updated on 6 Oct 2016: And I still can't bare to take a photo, promise I will tomorrow! Every day is better... but I haven't had any appetite at all--which normally I would LOVE, but I don't think I will heal if I don't eat something. I am jucing whole pineapples like crazy--LOVE! I have an aurora borealis of bruises and I look like Frankenstein's less attractive sister. If I have to go outside I wait until it's very dark... I have really have to pysch myself up to clear up my stitches --that is my least favorite part. Opinions vary on what to put on them, so I have been using neosporin and anica gel. I have ordered a spray bottle so I can just spray the ones on my scalp. I am going to be so excited to just look a bit normal so I can get back to work and not scare people :)Updated on 9 Oct 2016: Stitches out tomorrow!Updated on 11 Oct 2016: I suggest taking 2 tylenols (or drug of your choice). Everyone told me that it does not hurt. Most of the stitches were easy, but the staples hurt like crazy. I mentally packed for vacation to take my mind off it. :) It didn't take too long, thank goodness--and your experience may be easier than mine.Updated on 12 Oct 2016: Woo hoo! I was able to get a blow dry day! Today was the first day in 2 weeks that I have had any appetite. Still working on my energy, but I sleeping so much better with my stitches out. Very excited for more healing!!! You know what they say about facelifts... "it's 2 weeks till your friends can see you, and 4 weeks until your enemies should". Happy healing!!Updated on 23 Oct 2016: Oxygenetix Oxygenating Foundation - 15ml - Pearl Sold by: Skin Inc. $44.70 This product is especially for post surgery and is 'breathable". It works and I am so happy I tried it!Updated on 23 Oct 2016: So HAPPY! Still more healing to go, but all is going well. I'm using HyperOxy (ozoneated olive oil), Aquaphor, Arnica and many vitamins (VITAMIN C!!). Stitches have healed amazingly--have only 2 scars left at this point. I'm doing a 7 day cleanse right now to get rid of any medicine left in my system. (Nikkisharp.com) Still have quite a bit of swelling under my chin and neck--would love any advice on how to get rid of that . I need a new word to describe how happy I am... If you are on the fence about doing this--find the best doctor you possibly can, prepare for your beautiful recovery and jump in! It's so worth it!Updated on 23 Oct 2016: Updated on 25 Oct 2016: So had my 26 day check up and my fabulous doctor was (overall) happy with my healing. I think I may be ahead of schedule with fading my scars due to that HyperOxy olive oil gel that I have been using like crazy. Still have bullfrog-y swelling under my chin. I received a few shots of steroids for that. Better every day!!!Updated on 23 Nov 2016: Everything about Dr. Nguyen's practice is 5 stars. Everyone who works there is fun and gracious--they do everything possible to take amazing care of their patients. Dr. Nguyen was born to be a plastic surgeon, I think. He is a meticulous, perfectionist ARTIST. He is caring, honest and his work is so much better than I imagined. I looked for years to find the perfect doctor. I'm so glad I waited till I found the perfect one!Updated on 24 Apr 2017: 7 months after having a lower face lift, eyes and neck lift--and I cannot stop smiling! I was considering some top Beverly Hills plastic surgeons--and while they were all skilled, I wasn't confident until I met Dr. Nguyen. When I saw how artistic, meticulous and caring he is--he was my only choice. He is the perfect combination of brilliant surgeon, compassionate doctor and artist. Every single detail in his practice is like being in a 5 star hotel. Most importantly, every person who works with him is gracious, warm, and 5 steps ahead of anything you need. Dr. Natalie, Gaby, Van and Jessica are so lovely, gentle, positive and reassuring --they may be actual angels. As for the results, I look 10-20 years younger (depending on the day) and very natural. I am super open about telling my friends and clients what I've done, when they remark on how much better I look. Whenever I find someone or something amazing--it should be shared!! When people find out what I did, and how natural it looks---ALL of them want Dr. Nguyen's number. This is a complete rave review, and if you become one of Dr. Nguyen's lucky clients--you will be writing one too. I recommend Dr. Nguyen and everyone who works for him with unlimited graditude and enthusiasm.Updated on 23 Jul 2017:
Has anyone had a facelift or any other procedure done with Dr. Davis Nguyen in Beverly Hills? I have been interviewing doctors for a future facelift. I have narrowed my search down to a few doctors and he is the only one that I can not find anything about on this site. I would love to hear feedback from anyone who has been a patient of his! Thank you!
