What did your friend have done? And what are you thinking of doing? I appreciate any details that you can share with me. I have heard mixed reviews on him but I haven't actually talked with anyone who has had a facelift performed by him. Thank you!!

I disagree with RosalynF. I had a facelift with Dr. Davis Nguyen about a year ago. Super pretty and nice office and the staff is really wonderful. He seems SO knowledgable and gives you all the confidence in him in the world. Sadly none of that matters if you don't get the results you wanted or expected. I needed super minor lifting and am only about 50 years old, so I expected to get great results. Nope! Nothing went wrong, it's just that he does SO little (because his signature is to give a totally natural look, which I agree with and that SHOULD be a great goal), but I feel that he is WAY too conservative and in trying to keep everyone looking natural he fails to do much. In my case I felt like I did not get enough lift. Not ONE person ever even noticed I did anything at all, so that's a bit of a bummer. Clearly there wasn't much of a change. After I did my work with him, over the course of the next 12 months I met 3 other ladies who also did facelifts with him and they are all unhappy. Same as me - nothing really wrong, and they all think he is super sweet, but not much in terms of results. They all still show noticeable sagging and wrinkles. To me they didn't even really look like they had a facelift at all, which is how I feel about my results as well. A total waste of $30K when that money could have gone to a different doctor who would have given better results. VERY disappointing after all that money, all the risk, and a year of recovery time to let all the healing happen. Would not recommend for surgery, maybe just for fillers and small in-office procedures. Facelifts with him are wasting money.
