I feel it is important to update my review because I am still dealing with the devastating consequences of my facelift. I was left disfigured and severely scarred, and the emotional impact has been enormous.

What is especially upsetting is what happened afterward. Dr. Pratt acknowledged the problems with my results and promised to address them with a revision. However, he retired before he could follow through on those promises. After Dr. Pratt left, I reached out to the remaining surgeons at the practice for help, but they refused to take on my case or provide the revision care I had been promised.

The lack of meaningful follow-up and support from the surgery center has been incredibly distressing. After trusting a practice with such a significant procedure, I expected care, accountability, and help when the outcome was unacceptable. Instead, I was left to deal with the consequences on my own.

The severe scarring has profoundly affected my confidence and quality of life, and I am devastated by what happened. I trusted this practice with my face, and I never expected to be left feeling this way after surgery.

The most painful part has been not only the result, but feeling abandoned when I needed help correcting it.

I recently had my 2nd procedure by Dr.Pratt. It was a big decision for me so I had several consultations, one in LA, two in Kirkland and of course with Dr. Pratt. I know Dr. Pratt well and trusted him with my life literally. I ultimately chose him to do my surgery. My healing took some extra time due to an infection, “No fault of Dr. Pratt”, he was INCREDIBLY attentive, literally texting me on the weekends to follow my progress which ultimately was fine after some antibiotics.
I am now 90 days post-op and I am absolutely thrilled with my results. Being in my 50’s I noticed my face aging, loose skin etc. I literally hated looking in the mirror. Dr. Pratt is an incredibly skilled plastic surgeon and takes his work very serious. I am very happy with my decision to trust him. I recently traveled back to LA, I ran into a very well known surgeon there, he complimented my results and agreed that Dr. Pratt is a very detailed and incredibly skilled surgeon. I understand that surgery is a serious decision, especially when it is on your face, and I can honestly say I would never let anyone touch my face other than Dr. Pratt.
