After a long time of contemplation , I finally proceeded with a mastopexy with bilateral implant exchange . Dr David Jerkins was my chosen surgeon. He really cares about his patients and it shows throughout the entire process from his office, to the day of surgery. It revealed his professionalism , caring and understanding, exactly what I wanted from him and my surgical experience. I am beyond ecstatic with my outcome. I now feel comfortable with myself once again after many years of being uncomfortable with my appearance. Right away after surgery I could see the amazing change and LOVE IT . My waivering back and forth on having the surgery was my concern regarding the possible disfigurement of the incisions. His sewing abilities are tremendous, leaving my scars very faint and hardly visible. I also had the idea I would be in pain the few days or week after surgery. I am happy to say I had little to none. Having worked in the field of surgery for several decades and having seen many others in his area of expertise, I believe you could not make a better choice then Dr Jerkins. He exceeded all my expectations.

Here I am almost a one year post op and I am still absolutely amazed at the perfection this man created. I have had so many people ask who my plastic surgeon is(was). The compliments, the confidence is mind blowing. I only refer Dr Jerkins and staff to others. The healing went wonderfully, the scars are gone. If you're unsure about plastic surgeons and or the procedure & process itself, I as well as many only recommend Dr David Jerkins and staff at PCI. He made this 46yr old woman feel 20 again!

I’m 3 months post op from a small breast reduction/mostly lift with Dr Jerkins, and every step of the process was perfection. He’s straightforward, happily answered all questions thoroughly without making me feel rushed, and made sure we were on the same page for my expectations. His staff was easy to reach and followed up on any calls/messages promptly. More importantly, he did an INCREDIBLE job. My surgery went smoothly, the size and shape is exactly what I was hoping for (smaller than a typical reduction, I’m now what most people think of as a B cup). I had no complications and my incisions were pristine and are healing well. He took my saggy, deflated, many years of nursing, 40 year old breasts and turned them into a pair that looks like they belong on a 20 year old. I could not be more thrilled, and will absolutely return to him if I ever need anything else done. Best decision I ever made and I’m so happy I chose Dr Jerkins to do it!

Dr. Jerkins did such an amazing job, he is a true artist when it comes to reconstructive surgery! He and the nurses, as well as the rest of the staff are so kind and very helpful, even when I had issues on the weekend, he was available almost immediately (less than 3 min call back) Super experience!

I had met and consulted with a few board certified plastic surgeons. I chose Dr Jerkins as he is reviewed as one of the top 10 in my state with 5 star reviews. From consult, to pre-op, surgery day and anything after, he and his staff has been nothing less than amazing! Dr J also recommended Seintra implants to achieve my goal. I couldn't be more pleased with the care and decisions we made together to achieve my desired outcome. Best investment I've ever made and best plastic surgeon in the state! Dr. Jerkins and his staff are STELLAR. Attentive to concerns, answered questions thoroughly, and made the process as positive as possible. I could not be happier with Dr. Jerkins and his staff and I am so in love with my final results!! After having 3 kids (one that was 10.5 lbs) I worked hard to get my body my back, but extra skin and a gap in my abdominal muscles made it impossible to get where I wanted to be. Dr Jerkins provided me with all the information I needed to make the right decision and prepared me for what to expect at every step. He and his nursing staff were so kind and made themselves available throughout the healing process! I've looked through over 20 surgeon's portfolios and the work he did is some of the best I've seen!!

I'm just over two weeks post-op from a Platysmaplasty by Dr. Jerkins. I chose him after consulting with two other surgeons. My experience with Dr. Jerkins, and his nurse, Sara, has been phenomenal! Appointment times are on-schedule, and Dr. Jerkins explains (in simple terms!) what his plan would be, to achieve the goal. When I couldn't visualize the procedure, he drew a picture for me that made it perfectly clear. He has a fun, upbeat personality, answers any questions, and I am healing exactly as predicted. He doesn't make false promises, and reminds patients that each recovery/result will be individual. I highly recommend Dr. David Jerkins for any plastic or reconstructive surgery! FYI: he has an Engineering degree, and is especially talented at complex cases, ie; Rhinoplasty, Breast Reconstruction.

Here are pics of my neck, before, and six weeks post-op. Dr. Jerkins did a beautiful job, and while I do have some healing left in the months ahead (chin profile pic), the swelling is gone, and so are the platysmal bands that used to be so prominent! What I appreciate so much about Dr. Jerkins is his suggestion to err on the conservative side, so the results are natural rather than obvious. I have seen the results of a couple of other local doctors who've been around longer, and cannot stress enough how talented Dr. Jerkins is, and how fortunate we all are to have him in our community. Go for a consult! You will not regret it.

Dr. Jerkins was Great! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything about my upcoming breast augmentation so that I could understand. He answered all my questions fully and made me feel confident in my choice for this procedure. I felt fully prepared for my upcoming surgery and recovery.
Surgery went well and Dr. Jerkins was spot on with all his post operative details.
I am so happy with my results! Definitely recommend!
