Dr. Jerkins is fantastic at what he does. I was so scared going into a lower face and neck lift and didn't know what to expect. I joined all the support groups and saw horror stories but began jotting down my worries and questions. Dr. Jerkins was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all of my questions in detail and I left the appointment before surgery feeling so much better. I personally recommend the Surgery Center as I selected Mercy Hospital to save a little money and it was not a great experience.
The recovery process is quite the ordeal. We know it can take 6 mos to a year to heal but also the swelling can last months. Dr. Jerkins assured me more than once when I was concerned. The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner. I looked at a reflection I hated in the mirror for 3 years before pulling the trigger.
