I am a mom of a very energetic toddler! I spend all day running around after him and have lost so much weight, unfortunately I also have lost so much breast volume! I met with Dr David Ross last month and decided he would be my surgeon for breast augmentation. He was very informative and honest, he made me feel very comfortable! We decided on 400-420 cc silicone/under muscle! After the consultation, I realized that I should of inquired about lipo as well because I cannot get rid of my love handles and mommy pooch! I look like a skinny fat, skinny everywhere except my mid section! So I called Piera, Dr Ross's assistant and she was so wonderful and told me its realistic and gave me a Quote...I am meeting with him tomorrow for the lipo consult and I am very nervous because I have read some real horror stories about lipo recovery online!
Wish me luck tomorrow! I will have help full time the first week w my son and part time with lifting and chores around the house the second week! I hope I making a good decision doing this, any other moms out there's that felt guilty pre surgery! My mom is making me feel really guilty and telling me that I should not do it! She said that my son is my number one priority and body should just be accepted by me! I feel really bad that I can't care for my son that week! I hope it will all work out!

I completely understand the "guilt" feeling. I have my breast augmentation this Friday! (April 3rd) very excited, nervous and guilty all rolled into one. So we can feel guilty with all the other mums out there. We are not alone. It will all go great and once done, happy and glad it's done. Positive thinking! Hugs

Ugh, sorry about your mom's reaction. Perhaps it's just her way of showing she's worried about you. Glad you're already getting support from the community. You're not alone with your guilty feelings. You deserve this! Please keep us posted!

So normal to feel guilty. DON'T!! Heck, celebrate the fact that you can do this. I think it takes a great deal of courage. Contrary to what many think, it's not like we wake up one day and flippantly decide to get breast implants, lipo, or whatever else. We think LONG and HARD! I'm sorry your mom isn't being supportive. When I had my BA, my mom was supportive, but looking back I wish I hadn't told anyone. No one "gets it" like we do. We are all here for you!

I am so excited and nervous. I made some changes and i wont be doing the liposucton at the same time as BA. I am going to do my BA on Monday and wait on the lipo, I am worried about the recovery time since I just got hired and starting a new job 3 weeks post op. I am a little upset that I will still have love handles but they just have to wait. I am going to post some before pics, please give me your honest opinion about what size for silicone gell. I am thinking either 400 cc or 450cc, please help, I am 5 8 and 34b currently and I want a full c look, he is going under the muscle. Also. Any quick recovery advice, anything will be apprecited, thank you...
