Six months later...
Shannon915September 3, 2015
So I'm six months post op, the swelling is gone, the feeling has returned; and I must say I'm okay with my results... Compared to where I started, my stomach is flat and I had a great time showing off my lil shape this summer... I'm loving the way my clothes fit me now... I don't have to worry about always sucking my gut in... I still have to put in work to maintain my shape though... I stay active, I drink a lot of water, and I TRY to eat well... Hopefully, everything will continue to get better from here... So far, so good...

Two months later...

It's been two months since my procedure and I must say, I am not as happy as I was three days post op. But I am still looking better than before my procedure. There is still occasional swelling so Ive been doing light cardio and ab targeting exercises sparsely. My biggest problem is sticking to my new diet. Its harder than it originally seemed, but I'm still looking forward to my end result.

You look amazing, what is it that you dont like? Is the swelling still there? I have heard that low sodium diet helps during these times but i know what you mean about dieting, i dont like it either specially if its unrealistic...did you talk to dr Ross, what did he say. Are you going to get the 3 day post-op back? I wonder if it will all go back to that look in 3 months. Hows your healing, thats the most imporrant, sending you lots of love.

Girl... You look good compared to the before. Give it some REAL time, with your body adjusting to the healing process. Your step is diet and exercise. The doctor just helped your sculpt your body a tad bit faster than just staying in the gym. Your gonna looking amazing just wait on it, summers not here yet Hun! Lol

So today makes 3 weeks post op, and i must say that I am still okay... I made some diet modifactions I'm not too happy about... But whatever is necessary to achieve the best results possible... I still have some pain in my lower abdomen, but it's tolerable... I'm working, however I haven't had to exercise... And I'm still pretty flat... Looking forward to the final outcome tho...

Looking good!! Are you still wearing your comprehension garment?
March 12, 2015
Yes... But mainly only at night... I wear high waist spanks during the day...

Hey:) I have been researching so much on real self and have come across some reviews that say horrible things about dr. Ross. It is kinda freaking me out!! My appointment is in a few weeks!
March 25, 2015
I read some bad reviews as well... But I noticed that most of them didn't make the modifications necessary to maintain good results... You have to listen to the doc and nurses... And make the necessary changes to your lifestyle...(diet and exercise)

Looking good! I am going in for lipo and BA with Dr. Ross next month!do you recommend him for lipo?
March 24, 2015
I'm scheduled for 3/15 when do you go? I'm having Breast lift with aug and lipo.
March 24, 2015
I am scheduled for 04/27 for BA and lipo! Yours is in March or April? I am so nervous!!! Are you?
March 25, 2015
Yes... He is a good ps and I am satisfied with my results... Now, if you really want to get lipo... You have to know that in order to achieve and maintain good results, you are required to do some work to help it along... You may have to make some modifications to your diet, like I did... But with the changes I made, I'm more satisified with how my results are coming along... I hope this helps...

That makes sense, I usually eat well and have a toddler that gives me a work out daily! I just can't get rid of my love handles and belly pooch! I hate them, that's why I am doing lipo along BA( no boobs post breastfeeding). Can you tell me how much the pain level is? Are you able to move around and do things? I only have help the first two weeks post surgery and heard lipo is very painful!
March 26, 2015
Honestly, everyone's pain tolerance is different... I only had lipo, so I only needed a couple days to rest, then I increased my activity little by little daily... But keep in mind swelling is going to occur... and you don't wanna make it worse by doing too much... Its good you have help for a couple weeks, so you can really just take it easy I guess...

And thanks Hun... :-) you should post your story as well... I would like to hear about your experience...
April 10, 2015
Hey:) how are you doing?? You should post a new picture!! I have my surgery in 5 days!!!! Freaking out a bit!
April 13, 2015
Hey... Sorry... I've been busy... But I went to my six week appt. and dr. Ross says it's still some residual swelling that has to down. Don't be too nervous... I'm sure your going to do great and look even better... Be sure to post pics... I'm looking forward to your results. :-)
