My motivation was saggy breasts left from breastfeeding & 15 yrs of up & down weight. Finally, keeping 100# off for 6 yrs was my goal. I had my surgery on Nov 8, 2012. It has been a good experience so far minus the pressure on my chest and in between my shoulders from the extra weight on my chest now. I did 650cc High profile Silicone.I love my big boobs. I told the MD to go big or go home and well that is exactly what he did. Wonderful Updated on 13 Nov 2012: I am 5 days post op and have not had too many problems. The tightness will get better as I am re-assured. I have a stitch on the end of the left breast
