Amazing Explant Experience!

I recently had an explant surgery performed by Dr. Antell, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results. The procedure was quick, absolutely painless, and — most importantly — beautifully done. I didn’t get a lift, as it may not be needed, and even now, my chest looks natural — almost as if I never had implants in the first place.

Dr. Antell and his staff were exceptional from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and gave me the confidence to move forward with this long-overdue decision. I had smooth, submuscular implants for over 10 years and was unsure what to expect — but the entire experience exceeded every expectation.

Because I was an uncomplicated case with relatively small implants, Dr. Antell was able to perform the procedure under local anesthesia — no general, no drains — and I experienced zero pain and minimal swelling. He reused my original incision sites.

I genuinely loved my implants, but I have a small frame — and even small implants began to feel like they were weighing me down. Once they were removed, I immediately felt lighter and freer.
