Everything Was Perfect
I had a bump on my nose that was visible from profile and side profile. I have done extensive research before finding Dr. Rochira. I’ve looked at top surgeons in London, but also at their results. The reason I chose him is that all his results were balanced and fit into my idea of beauty. I have seen a lot of surgeons going for “ideal noses” that looked too pointed up, or the slope was unnatural, but looking on his page, I did not find any unappealing nose. And as bonus points, he was using a modern technique that reduced the post-surgery bruising and left no external scars!
To get in touch with the doctor, I went through his PA, Tiffany, who is the sweetest person on earth. She was very supportive throughout, from moving the surgery around to fit some work commitments, up to the day post-surgery. We were exchanging messages on WhatsApp, showing her pictures of how the nose looked and she was there, comforting me, offering advice on what to eat in order to reduce the nauseating feeling that anaesthesia leaves.
Dr. Rochira is very kind and professional. He listened to all my requirements and understood exactly what I wanted, took me through every step of what was going to happen, explained to me the preservation rhinoplasty technique he is using, and discussed with me openly, advising me against ideas like getting my nose smaller, because it wouldn’t look good on my face.
