It’s been four months since I had my hair transplant with Dr. Ziering, and I could not be more obsessed with the results. My hairline is already looking amazing – the growth is coming in naturally, and the density is fantastic. This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
But the real MVPs are his team. Seriously, they are everything. Jen Amato was with me every step of the way throughout my journey. Heather, Marc, the squad at the front desk, and all the magical MAs & techs – everyone introduced themselves and made me feel like a person, rather than a medical chart. No rushed approach, just pure, personalized, "we got you" energy. My professional background is in medical aesthetics, so believe me when I say this vibe is a unicorn within this industry.
Mary especially was a total badass, and she made sure I was comfy, and checked in constantly. It's clear that Jen runs a well-oiled machine with a dream team that genuinely wanted me to be happy with my results. They didn't just ace the patient experience; they WROTE the textbook, darling!
If my results are this natural only four months out, then I’m thrilled to continue seeing my full results in the coming months.
