The shape is perfect and exactly what I wanted
I got breast implants (went from a 350 to a 585cc) and rhinoplasty with Dr. Costa, it’s been about six months now. I had a deviated septum and pretty crooked nose, Dr. Costa talked to me about realistic expectations to it coming out 100% straight. But then I tell you he did it PERFECTLY, I don’t know how it could have turned out better. Not only is it INCREDIBLY straight, the shape is perfect and exactly what I wanted. My boobs are also exactly what I asked for.

I've been wanting a breast augmentation for as long as I can remember. Upon years of research on different drs, I just knew Dr. Costa was the one. I booked my consultation and from the second I walked in i was greeted with a warm welcome and I knew I was in good hands. The lady's at the front desk were so sweet and caring, especially Andrea! Not to mention I booked my consultation on a Friday and my procedure was booked that following Monday. I highly recommend Dr. Costa. Not

I am a patient of Dr Costa's but I am also a surgeon.  I am very meticulous with my skin closures and that was one of my greatest concerns.  Dr. Costa did a fantastic job and I am very happy with my incisions.Dr. Costa is extremely well educated, his training background is impressive and he is beyond intelligent but at the same time he is humble, approachable and personable.  I've enjoyed every visit.  The office is well decorated with nice details in the design.

Lipo 360/lymphatic massages - I love the results
I had lipo 360 and love the results! Dr.Costa was amazing and understood what I wanted to achieve. I also had the lymphatic massages there with his massage therapist Gel! She was amazing, and made sure I was comfortable!! I highly recommend this team for your cosmetic surgeries.

So far so good. I had a great experience with Dr. Costa and his team. Andrea is great also. Just go home from surgery but I will update with progress. So far, it looks like I got what I wanted. It's to be noted that Dr. Costa did encourage a lift if I wanted to achieve that perfect BA look. I declined because I didn't want scarring, was okay with my natural asymmetry, and just wanted my same breasts but larger n more full. It looks like that's what I received so I'm pleased. Updated

I had been searching for a doctor in Las Vegas to do my chin augmentation/neck lipo and hadn't had great consultation experiences with the few doctors I met. After reading all the wonderful reviews about Platinum and Dr. Costa, I thought it would be worth a try to do another consultation. His office charges $250 for a consult, which is applied to your procedure if you go forward. I thought this was actually a good

The whole experience was excellent— Dr Costa and his staff are all kind and professional and I was comfortable with the surgery on the day of despite my medical squeamishness.
