I did my tummy tuck and liposuction after 1yr of research, saving & planning the trip. I live near Dallas and drove fy to McAllen which is about 8hrs ssh. I've not seen the results yrs ass kids only been about 13hrs ago but the Dr is patient and kind. He tasks the time for me to understand what's about hi happen.

I just had the mommy makeover with full body lipo sculpture, breast implant exchange, and bbl with Dr. Carlos Ontiveros in reynosa mx. Im currently one week post op today and this hasnt been easy but as each day passes it does get easier. 6 months ago i had the bbl procedure with dr cortes here in houston. Although my butt ajd hips look great i was left with a nasty stomach. I knew before going into surgery i was probably going to need to have a tummy due to some loose skin. Anywho, dr ontiveros is awesome. I can honestly day that he did an amazing job on me. The hospital i had surgery at was very clean and the nurses were very attentive. Had my rhinoplasty on November 24th with a plastic surgeon whom I've had previous work with- breast augmentation and bodylift. I never asked for any before and after pictures, I completely trusted him. I've never been happy with my broad, wide nose. Post op wasn't too bad. I was only given Tylenol and antibiotics. My PS mentioned to me that he couldn't prescribe other pain killers like with my previous surgeries due to the risk of bleeding. Day one was easy. I only had a bit of discoloration beneath my eyes. Wasn't so after. I began swelling up bad from 2nd day until the 4th day. I could hardly open my eyes! Although the pain was nothing compared to my previous surgeries, seeing my face like that was a bit traumatic, even for my mother. It's been two weeks since surgery day and I'm feeling pretty well. My PS has been taping me (full nose, 24/7) once a week. I'll get to keep it off after 3 weeks. I can't wait! Time has slowed to a crawl! I can tell I'm still swollen, I've been drinking arnica tea to speed up the healing process. Updated on 13 Dec 2011: Saw my surgeon yesterday to change my tape. He said it was looking good already and that he'll be taking off the taping this thursday for good! I'm so glad! He did say I still have some swelling but it's all good. I'm already happy with how it's turning out. Oh gosh, I had a dream where my nose was breaking off. It would just flop around whenever I moved my head. How terrifying! LOL Updated on 15 Dec 2011: I know this might sound a bit weird, but does anybody ever wake up with a nose that feels runny, but it's actually stuffy? I always do. And that runny feeling tends to happen throughout the day, and its never there! I used to grab a tissue but now I just tap my nose to check, and sure enough... nada! Updated on 18 May 2013: I love my nose! Never thought I'd say that. If I could wish for it to be thinner, I would..maybe. but then again I love how the result is so natural. Updated on 8 Jun 2013: Some days my new nose looks amazing, when the swelling is not as present. Picture does no justice. Also here's a side view. Doc did a minimal scoop. Updated on 8 Jun 2013: I've had open gastric bypass, eye lasik surgery, body lift, breast augmentation, open gallbladder removal and the septorhino. Out of all the surgeries, the pain was not as bad but it was the toughest to go through. I went into a depression and was desperate to recover, I kept comparing my recovering times and couldn't believe this felt so much tougher. But alas, it was over withing a couple of weeks and now I'm sure I'd go through it again if I had to.. I think. Updated on 18 Jun 2013: The more evident it becomes that depression, regret and worries are typical post-op "symptoms" after rhinoplasty. I think it's fair to say most should stay away from the camera and mirror until at least one month out. Updated on 26 Apr 2014: Updated on 18 Dec 2015: Well, it's been long since my rhino. I always forget of that fact. Why? Because my nose is perfectly imperfect. It's also not small and obviously operated on. It's my birth nose but just a tad smaller. It doesn't take over my face as before. I love it. I did want a small nose when I was looking to get the surgery. I wanted that perfect little Hollywood nose. But I'm so glad I didn't end up with that. Because i love myself now and what God has created me like. As you can see in my pictures, I also grew out my natural hair color. It's the little things... Praise be to God. For all his wonderful creations. For allowing me to still be here, with all of my body parts, healthy and living. For allowing me to see how blessed I am. Blessed. In this unperfect body. Full of stretch marks, bruises, scars... Enjoying this life, blessed. It's time to stop searching for this unattainable body. It's time to stop wishing. It's time to start seeing how blessed I am. And you are too.

Hi everyone! I have been on this sit for months now. I love reading about everyone's wonderful results and everyone's cautions advice and warning signs. Thank you all for sharing your experience with the rest of us. I would like to return the favor by posting my experience. I'm finally getting a tummy tuck with abdominal repair, liposuction and a bbl. I have chosen Dr. Carlos A. Ontiveros Garza from Reynosa Mexico. I did my research. I went with 2 other Doctors before choosing Dr. Ontiveros. I am confident that he will do a great job. Updated on 1 Jun 2015: Here are some pictures of me now. I have lost 50 pounds with diet and exercise. Updated on 5 Jun 2015: I just had surgery Wednesday. I was very nervous the whole time. Dr. O and his team of doctors where very good at calming me down. They assured me that everything would be over soon and it was. One minute I was in the operating room and then next I was in recovery. I stayed there 2 hours before they sent me to my room. I was jacked up on pain medication so I had no pain. Today I feel like I was hit by an 18 wheeler and dragged for milds. I got to take a peek at tmmy tuck scar today! Dr.O's colleague came to change my bandages today. I'm so Happy, it's incredibly thin! Dr.O said I was going to heal very good. I'm waiting to be discharge from the hospital at 2pm. The Christus Muguerza Hospital was very clean and welcoming. All the staff where extremely professional. I was being checked up on all night. I have no complaints they have a pharmacy attached to the hospital and the price of the medication I need to take home was good. The Hospital food was to my surprise delicious. My family had dinner last night and breakfast this morning at the hospital cafeteria and they told me that the food was good to their surprise as well. Alright then I'm ready to go home. Updated on 8 Jun 2015: tricks for an easy recovery by gas funnel at the automotive section at Walmart there only 98 cents so you can pee standing up because it is so hard to sit and stand up the first week. For those horrible zippers use the foam that they have at the craft section at Walmart. It made it much easier on me with the side zippers to my compression garment. I am still very swollen and black and blue bruising all over. I have a lot of numbness and I can't wait till they take out the drain. I'm glad I only have 1. Dr. O told me there wasn't a lot of bleeding during my surgery compared to other patients. So He only put one drain and I can't wait till its out. My butt is huge and has a ridiculous shape to it. I can't wait for all the swelling to go down. Updated on 9 Jun 2015: You will need a whole lot of pillows if you get a tummy tuck and a bbl. I sleep very little 2 or 3 hours the most at a time because I have to be switching sides all the time. I bought a pool water noodle from Walmart before the surgery 50€ so that way I can place the noodle under my hamstrings. I sit all my weight on the noodle instead of my butt. My back still hurts and I can't fully stand up yet. I had a crazy burning sensation last night from my new belly button to my mons pubic area and whole my TT cut. I was so worried that I pulled down my garment to check my stitches. Every thing was fine . The only thing I noticed was that my cut look irradiated. I was walking around the house a lot yesterday cuz I felt better but it must have been to much for my new healing body. So take it EZ all you ladies out there after a tummy tuck even on the days you feel better.

I wouldn't recommend him! He won't make your booty look outstanding, he will just take your money. Don't waste your money ! He looks profesional and he will talk to you like he will create magic but the end result you will hate. He did me wrong and I regret it so much, he keeps bringing excuses that massaging will help but talking to experts at the U.S. they say he's laying. He molded me very badly and stomach still has fat. I had lipo and bbl, I look the same as before or even worst. If questions msg me.

After putting a lot of thought into this I've finally decided to settle for Dr. Ontiveros in Reynosa. He's about 20 min away from me and after my first consultation I was sold. He was extremely professional and realistic with his results. I totally forgot to ask to see pics of his work. Anyone here ever gone to him? I got my lab paper work given to me already.

If I get pregnant and considering that I have implants, will I still have that sensative breast symptom or is it a different kind of pain. Because I know that women without implants tend to get tender breasts after about a month of pregnancy, and I'm wondering if that would be the same for me or if that symptom would be different or maybe even non-existant in my case.I'm trying to get pregnant and right now I have been getting pains but on the bottom of my breasts and don't know if that is a sign I might be pregnant.I can't yet take a pregnancy test, I still need to wait another week for it to give me an accurate answer, that is why I ask.I also had a tummy tuck done at the same and have all of a sudden 3 1/2 yrs later (at the same time I'm getting the breast pains and trying to figure out if I'm pregnant) getting this uncontrollable itching above and below my belly button.It feels like my skin is stretching and I can't scratch hard enough to make the itch stop.It itches really deep in my skin.They tell me it's because of the weather change, but that has never happened to me before with the weather change. So is that another symptom?I've never been pregnant before so I don't know and I don't know anyone that has had a tummy tuck then gotten pregnant. All my friends had the tummy tucks after their babies.Pros: I look better, I feel better about myself, and my self-esteem is higher than ever.Cons: It took me about 4 months to get used to them.I did it because I lost 65 lbs and by breast sagged like I had nursed 12 children. My whole body was crazy ugly to me.Please help me understand what is happening with my body and what will happen if I do become pregnant. Thank you!
