I was cared for by Ms. Yasemin Acka. Her German and English skills are perfect. She was available around the clock and supported me throughout my rhinoplasty. I couldn't have asked for a better consultant! I recommend Ms. Yasemin Akca above all patients from German-speaking countries. She was present at all my appointments, including the consultation, the planning, the surgery, and aftercare. She also handled any questions regarding my hotel stay or any unclear points. I would recommend Vanity and dr Cagatay for anyone looking for surgery in Istanbul. It is a nice, large hospital, which means everything is very well organized and on schedule. My patient coordinator Irem was very helpful and responsive before and after surgery, answering all my questions. When arriving at the hospital, everything is well organized, from the blood tests to the surgery time. The private room is comfortable and clean. My surgeon, dr Cagatay Oner was great. He is patient and communicates very clearly, taking the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He was not pushy, and made me feel very comfortable at all times. I had a chin implant, upper and lower blepharoplasty. It has been 11 days since my surgery, and I am happy with the initial results. There is still a little bit of swelling, but I am looking forward to seeing the final results. The only improvement area I would point out is regarding the various nurses that come in throughout the day, particularly post-op. There is clearly a schedule, and they are constantly coming in to check on the patient, administer medicine, etc. This part is great, and it felt like there was always someone close by. However most of the nurses came in to do their task, and that was it. I’m not sure if this is due to their limited English, but it didn’t feel like we could ask them a lot of questions, or for anything beyond the task they were doing, which felt impersonal. For example, we mentioned to the person bringing my soup that I was vegetarian. Although she said I would get vegetable soup, there were definitely little pieces of chicken. Honestly I just ate it since I was so hungry, but it didn’t feel like I could ask for anything different. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would come back to Vanity, especially to dr Cagatay, if I ever wanted additional procedures.
I had rhinoplasty in Istanbul by dr oner in Oct 24 The experience was flawless and extremely efficient from the very start Dr Oner did dorsal dump reduction and bulbous tip r correction so likely complex and longwinded surgery The end result 6 months later is absolutely stunning , flawless and natural I did take one steroid injection in London 2 weeks ago to help remove residual swelling which allowed the results of the surgery to shine through Am very grateful for Dr Oners incredible work
Ich hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Vanity Klinik. Das Personal war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend die Kommunikation ging eigentlich sehr gut auf Englisch aber zum Glück hatte ich Yasemin, die bei den wichtigen Gesprächen mit dabei war und auch alles drum herum für mich organisierte. Dr. Cagatay und Yasemin haben sehr kompetent und gut zusammen gearbeitet, wodurch ich mich wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe.
My overall experience with vanity estetik clinic was positive, The hospital was lovely and clean, the food was nice and Dr Cagatay and Berfin were both very good and informative. The whole surgery and aftercare went well I felt taken care of. Dr Cagatay was wonderful, very gentle and attentive. Berfin was lovely, answering any of my questions and assisting me in general. The only cons of the experience would be the small miscommunications and initial hospital visit it wasn't bad just could of gone more smoothly, the staff don't speak much English and you're kind of left to try find your own way to blood tests or if you want attention from a nurse after surgery. Other than that I would recommend.
I traveled from Canada to come See Dr. Cagatay for a mini tummy tuck with lipo and a brest augmentation with lift. Making the decision to travel to Istanbul to do my surgery with Dr. Cagatay was the best decision I ever made. I can't put into words how happy I am with my results. From start to finish everything went smoothly. I was so nervous about having surgery and being put under as I’ve never been under anesthesia and I can’t express enough how calm and at ease Dr. Cagatay made me feel. The implant size we choose depends mostly on the breast base width of the patient. As your surgeon will do the breast augmentation under the muscle, both implant choices will probably look natural. There won't be an important size difference between these two choices in my opinion. If you're concerned about ending up with a smaller size that you're hoping for, I'd recommend opting for the bigger implant option. Regards,Cagatay Oner, MD
Asymmetrical dorsal lines are addressed during a rhinoplasty operation. Shaving only the bone on one side seems easier but will not correct the asymmetry and create other problems as well. I understand your concerns about preserving a natural shape for your nose. But there are many plastic surgeons who do rhinoplasties with natural results.
