I am currently 15 days post surgery have a breast lift and augmentation with dr cagatay. From the first initial enquiry to now the service has been faultless. Every question I had was answered quickly, professionally and helpfully. My surgery went so much better than I expected and the results speak for themselves. I am currently one week post-operative following a breast lift with implants placed partially under the muscle, so I appreciate this is still very early in my recovery. However, I wanted to share my experience so far. Before travelling to Turkey, I was extremely nervous. I spent weeks researching and felt quite anxious about the decision. However, after my initial video consultation with my surgeon, Dr. Ça?atay Öner, I immediately felt reassured. He speaks excellent English, answered all of my questions thoroughly (even the ones I thought were silly), and made me feel completely at ease. My first patient coordinator, Mohi, was fantastic — always responding within hours to any queries I had. Upon arrival in Turkey, I was taken straight to Vanity Hospital for blood tests and then transferred to my hotel to prepare for an early pick-up the following morning for surgery. At this point, I was introduced to my new coordinator, Berfin, who was also lovely and very supportive. The team was extremely thorough in ensuring everything was safe before proceeding. I even had additional blood tests on the morning of surgery to double-check my thyroid levels. I was also offered the option to have a sample of the breast tissue removed during surgery sent for testing. This cost £140, and I felt it was a beneficial and reassuring option, so I chose to proceed with it. I am currently awaiting those results. Once my blood results were confirmed, I was taken to theatre. The procedure itself felt over in the blink of an eye, and I woke up comfortably from the anaesthetic. I stayed one night in the hospital, where the nurses checked on me regularly throughout the night, administered medication, and ensured I was comfortable. Although I did not have much appetite, this was to be expected. I was discharged at around 10:30am the following morning and back at my hotel shortly after. That evening, a nurse mentioned a possible reaction to my surgical tapes, which understandably caused me some anxiety. A photo was taken to show the doctor, and although there was a slight delay in response the following day, I completely understand that the coordinators manage multiple patients. Since then, communication has been prompt and reassuring. The nurse visited twice the following day and once more the day after. As I am healing well, further visits have not been necessary. I have experienced very minimal discomfort — more tightness than pain — and have not required pain relief since returning to the hotel. At my final check-up today, Dr. Ça?atay Öner was once again thorough, patient, and attentive, answering all of my remaining questions. I left feeling very happy and confident in my decision. I am now just awaiting some final hospital documentation before flying home tomorrow. Overall, my experience has been extremely positive. Based on the care, professionalism, and results so far, I would highly recommend both the hospital and Dr. Ça?atay Öner.

I had a Vaser 360 lipo at Vanity with Dr. Çagatay Öner, and I’m very happy with the preliminary results so far. I decided to come back because I previously had a blepharoplasty with the same doctor and the results were fantastic. Overall, I had a very good experience. Dr. Çagatay took the time to answer all of my questions and always gave me his honest point of view, focusing on achieving natural and good-looking results instead of overpromising. I also want to highlight Berfin, the patient coordinator, who was extremely helpful both before and after the operation. She answered all my questions quickly, organized everything smoothly (airport, surgery, and check-ups), and made the whole process much easier and stress-free. I had a rhynoplasty with Dr Cagatay on the 15th of January and had a great experience. Arrival from the UK went smoothly but took me a while to find the driver at the airport as i had no internet and so couldn't contact my patient coordinator. Was then driven to the hospital for blood tests and then taken to the hotel after that. My surgery was very early the morning after so was driven there, shown my room (Berfin was very welcoming) and taken for more tests and surgery prep. I then met Dr Cagatay for the first time and discussed the desired changes for my nose. Dr Cagatay was amazing and answered all my questions as well as taking some pictures. After surgery I was looked after by the wonderful nurses in my room and fed delicious food three times a day (i have never had food so delicious in a hospital!). I spent the night at the hospital and then I was driven back to my hotel. While I was recovering i had some questions and they were answered by the patient coordinator so i could put my worries at ease. Few days later i had my follow up appointment to remove the cast with Dr Cagatay and was very pleased with the results (although still very swollen!). Dr Cagatay was very warm and helpful and gave me lots of useful post op and recovery instructions such as retainer, massage, other medication, what to do and not to do (recorded this so i wouldn't forget important stuff!) and what to expect in terms of swelling reduction timelines, appearance etc. The next day I was again picked up by the driver and taken to the airport. Overall a good experience and now I look forward to the healing and final results.

I recently had gynecomastia surgery with Vanity Clinic and wanted to share a full, honest review of my experience and why I’d absolutely recommend them. I first contacted them through their website and within hours received a WhatsApp message from one of their care coordinators. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and got my surgery booked very quickly. The price was extremely reasonable — I was quoted £2500 and only needed to pay £250 to secure the date. This included: - Surgery - 7 nights at the Mercure Hotel in Istanbul (4 star) - 1 night in a private hospital room for recovery - All airport, hotel and hospital transfers When I landed in Istanbul my driver was waiting with a Vanity sign, which made everything stress-free straight away. Because I arrived late in the evening, I was taken directly to the hotel rather than the hospital for blood tests. The hotel was excellent. Check-in was smooth and they have 24/7 room service which was a lifesaver as I hadn’t eaten much that day. The room was spotless — large bed, desk, TV, modern bathroom and a great view. My care coordinator, Berfin, stayed in contact with me constantly via WhatsApp. She told me surgery would be the following day and reminded me to complete a full 8-hour fast beforehand. The next morning my driver collected me and took me to the hospital. At the hospital everything was incredibly professional. Blood tests were done quickly, paperwork was straightforward, and I was shown to my private recovery room which was perfect — clean, comfortable, spacious and equipped with a smart TV (Netflix included, which helped massively). The nurses were kind and attentive, inserted my cannula, and guided me through the preparation before I met Dr Oner. Dr Oner was outstanding. He immediately put me at ease, explained the entire procedure in detail, answered everything calmly, and made me feel completely safe and confident going into surgery. After the procedure I woke up expecting severe pain but it was honestly very mild (around 2/10). The only uncomfortable part was the drains, but those were removed not long after. The pain overall was never unbearable. The nurses checked on me regularly throughout the night, managed my medication, and even encouraged me to take a gentle walk which helped recovery. The following morning the hospital arranged my medications through a local pharmacy (around 800 lira, very affordable). I was then discharged and transferred back to the hotel. Recovery at the hotel was smooth and comfortable. Over the next few days I felt well enough to explore parts of Istanbul which made the whole experience even more worthwhile. I had my follow-up appointment the day before leaving and the doctor gave me clear guidance for 1-month, 3-month and long-term recovery. I’ve only just been able to see my results properly as I’ve been wearing the compression vest continuously since surgery, but I’m extremely happy so far. Some swelling is still present which is completely normal and will settle as my body heals. Overall, this experience exceeded my expectations. I was nervous about travelling abroad for surgery, but from the moment I arrived and met the driver, through constant communication with Barfin, to the professionalism of the hospital and Dr Oner, I felt looked after every step of the way. If you’re considering gynecomastia surgery and feeling unsure, I was exactly the same — and I’m so glad I went through with it. I would 100% recommend. I have attached some photos of me a couple weeks pre-op to me 6 days post op - obviously these aren't finished results, there is still swelling and fluid buildup however this is to be expected, actual results will not be visible until 4-6 weeks post op when everything has a chance to settle and the compression vest can do its job. I really want to thank Dr Oner for his work - I've had gynecomastia ever since I was a teenager, its impacted my life in so many negative ways. This surgery has been genuinely life changing for me and I am very grateful.

I had fractured my nose as a small child and suspected I might have had a deviated septum, though I was never entirely sure. In addition, I had concerns about my nostrils that I wanted corrected, and he addressed them with exceptional precision. The changes are subtle but transformative—everything is now symmetrical, refined, and completely natural, without any sign of overcorrection. My nose now has proper symmetry again and looks refined yet completely natural from every angle. I can breathe better than I ever remember being able to. My breast proportions now perfectly match my chest and overall body shape. Nothing feels exaggerated or artificial—everything feels intentional, balanced, and aligned with who I am. For the first time, how I feel on the outside finally matches who I am on the inside. My healing process has involved a surprisingly low level of pain, which I strongly believe is due to Dr. Öner’s gentle and meticulous surgical technique. To add context, I underwent jaw liposuction, abdominal liposuction, fat transfer to the breasts, breast implants, a breast lift, and rhinoplasty—all performed in a single surgery. The nursing staff were also exceptionally attentive during my post-operative recovery, consistently checking in on me and ensuring I was comfortable and well cared for at every stage. Considering the extent of these procedures and the level of care involved, the total cost—approximately €7,500—felt remarkably reasonable. The value of this experience far exceeded my expectations. I am currently eight days post-op, a stage when many people experience doubt or regret due to swelling and the unfinished nature of healing. I feel none of that. Even now, I know with complete confidence that I could not have chosen a better surgeon.
