5 STARS SIMPLY ARE NOT ENOUGH! THE MOST INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH!
I honestly don’t even know where to begin because words cannot express just how amazing my experience has been with Vanity Estetik, my incredible surgeon Dr. Ça?atay Öner, and my wonderful coordinator Layla!
From the very first moment I contacted Vanity, right through to my surgery and aftercare, I have been treated with nothing but kindness, professionalism, patience and genuine care. I can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences of my life, and I couldn’t have wished for a better team to look after me!
Dr. Ça?atay Öner is absolutely outstanding! Not only is he an incredibly talented surgeon, but he is also so kind, reassuring and professional. He made me feel completely comfortable and confident that I was in the very best hands. I had a breast uplift with implants, and I am already absolutely over the moon with my results! His attention to detail and dedication to his patients are second to none. I genuinely couldn’t be happier that I chose him as my surgeon.
And where do I even begin with Layla, my amazing coordinator?! She has been an absolute angel throughout this entire journey! Nothing has ever been too much trouble for her. Whether I’ve had a question, needed reassurance or required help with absolutely anything, she has always been there. Her communication has been exceptional, and she has continuously gone above and beyond to make sure I’ve felt comfortable, happy and looked after every step of the way. Having someone so caring and attentive makes such an enormous difference, especially when travelling abroad for surgery.
The entire experience has been absolutely seamless, from the airport transfers and transportation arrangements to the hospital, appointments, surgery and aftercare. Everything has been so well organised, and I’ve never once felt forgotten or left wondering what was happening. Every member of staff I’ve encountered has been so welcoming, friendly and genuinely caring. It never felt like I was just another patient. I felt valued, respected and incredibly well looked after.
What makes Vanity so special isn’t just the quality of the surgery, it’s the way they treat you as a person. The kindness, compassion and little extra touches have meant more to me than they will ever know. They truly go above and beyond, and that level of care is something I will never forget.
I travelled all the way from England for this surgery, and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!
