I chose to travel from Australia to Istanbul not once, but twice to have surgery with Dr. Ça?atay. I trust him completely, and after my first experience, I knew I wouldn’t go anywhere else. His knowledge, skill, and attention to detail are incredible, and I have always felt I was in the safest hands. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

Also, Dr Ça?atay’s assistant Murat deserves such a special thanks from me. He has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. His communication is second to none. No matter what time I send a message, he replies within minutes and always takes the time to answer every question and help in any way he can. Recovering from surgery can be overwhelming, but knowing Murat was always there to provide support and reassurance has made such a difference. He genuinely cares about every patient, and it really shows.

The nurses at the hotel also deserve so much recognition. They were kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. They responded so quickly whenever I needed anything, checked on me regularly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my recovery. Their level of care gave me complete peace of mind while recovering away from home.

The entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for from the moment you arrive until long after your surgery. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication are outstanding. I am so grateful for everything they have done for me and would recommend Dr. Ça?atay, Murat, and the whole team to anyone considering surgery. They truly provide world-class care.
