Dr. Heil and his team are absolutely phenomenal

Dr. Heil and his team are absolutely phenomenal! I went into the office feeling scared and alone. First I met the PA Zakery and he addressed my concerns and answered all my questions and put things in a positive and informative light so I wasn't as terrified anymore. The doctor himself was quiet but willing to answer questions, I didn't have many at the time. Next I met Sandy who went over the procedure and costs. She waited patiently as I cried in the office from being overwhelmed and helped me get the answers/numbers I needed for my pre-surgical tests and questions.

On the day of my surgery, my husband couldn't come back and see me before my procedure due to work. But the nurses took care of me and helped me calm my surgical anxieties. Shannon a nurse in the surgical suite, held my hand and talked to me as the anesthesia kicked in and was so sweet in my after care!

My husband came back to see me after my surgery, saw my drains and passed out at the surgical suite requiring 7 staples! So not only did they have to take care of me but they stabilized him, and did his staples until we could get him checked out at the hospital.

If you have a question after your surgery or are worried they answer you nearly immediately even during the holidays! I can't say enough about this amazing doctor and his incredible staff!
