So happy with my decision to choose Dr Kreul for my surgery after having babies and breastfeeding for the past 4 years straight. Lost a lot of volume, sagged and my areolas grew. My whole experience from consult, to pre-op and surgery day I felt cared for and comfortable. Dr Kreul was confident and his whole staff was friendly. Couldn’t be happier! Will post updates, currently only 2 days post op. Updated on 4 Sep 2024: Just had my 2 week follow up. Dr Kreuls assistant Sirena removed my steri strips and sutures. She was very gentle and it was painless! Implants are still high but was told they will continue to drop, and I can start scar care soon. Only took pain meds for a couple days and then just Tylenol after that. Can return to normal activity now! Happy with the process and everything so far. Highly recommend his office.
Such a good experience. I was nervous at first but I do not regret doing it! Not in much pain. Ribs and sternum are sore but all in all I’m feeling well! Breast fed two babies back to back. 340cc on the right and 310cc on the left under the muscle. Updated on 14 Jul 2022: Still very happy with how they look and are holding up. Missed one dose of meds in the middle of the night which made today the worst so far with pain and have been trying to catch up on them. Lots of swelling between the breasts. About an inch and a half deep of swelling and is pretty firm. Updated on 17 Jul 2022: Comparatively, the first couple days are actually way easier. I tried cutting out pain meds that were not Tylenol and that was a mistake. I generally try to be independent and tough things out on my own and this is not one of those situations to be stubborn with. Do what you are told and accept help gracefully, because it really is in your best interest for a healthy recovery. I let my swelling and discomfort get the best of me. Updated on 18 Jul 2022: Updated on 2 Aug 2022: Started using Bio Oil and Aquaphor which have been beneficial for me in the past for healing my skin and also silicon tape. Seems like things are starting to settle to move into place. My left side has been a little different. Feels like the muscle in between still has some recovering to do to settle properly and have my nipple look more forward. The whole time my left has been more sensitive to any kind of lifting/pulling so I am aware it still needs more time. Luckily the implants never sat really high.
I am ten days post op from my breast augmentation. First off I am 35, I’ve had 3 kids and breastfed all of them. Pre-children I was a small B and after that I had hardly any volume and a lot of sagging I wasn’t happy with. I had originally planned to get a lift and under the muscle silicone implants per Dr. Kreul’s recommendation based on the pictures I had brought in and what I told him I wanted my results to be, but after some more time and a very productive preop consultation I ultimately decided to get 550cc high profile over the muscle with no lift - and I am absolutely ecstatic with my results and so very grateful Dr. was so serious about working with me to get me what I wanted. The office workers are so genuinely caring and accommodating, helpful!! From answering all my questions over the phone to even making an after hours call to reassure me about something I was panicking about. I was really nervous going in for my first surgery in my life, but from the minute I got in for my surgery appointment they took me back and got me prepped - didn’t leave me in the waiting room chewing off my nails for even a second lol. And once we got to the actual OR, they were so gentle and sweet that it made me feel safe and surprisingly calm - one minute I was getting up onto the bed in the operation room while the nurses prepped everything and the next thing I knew I was asking “that’s all?? You’re done??” And looking down at my two big new beautiful tiddies. Post op at home, I basically just slept the first three days, and was up and around shortly after. And here we are on day 10 and I haven’t even needed pain meds today, including over the counter! No bruising either, just my two little tiny incisions at the bottom of each breast. OH they even put my nipple rings back in for me before I woke up! If I ever have any other procedures I will 100% be back here.
Mother of 3, all breastfed. 5'5" 135lb 34AA I had very small breasts before kids, then they got larger for breastfeeding, and now that they're back to small again they are completely deflated. I have my preop scheduled for May 5 with Dr Kreul and then surgery May 24th! So excited for this journey!Updated on 19 Apr 2022: When I tried on the sizers during my consultation I left thinking I really liked the 300cc. Now that I’ve done more searching on this app, a lot of my wish pics are a little higher in ccs. Im anxious for my preop appt to try the sizers again. I think Im wanting to go for 325-350cc now, so we’ll see!Updated on 25 May 2022: Officially out of the itty bitty tittie club!! Everything is such a blur, it went so fast and the staff at Dr Kreuls office were amazing and made me feel so comfortable the whole time! I'm not sure what ccs he ended up going with, but I have a check up tomorrow and I'll be asking!Updated on 27 May 2022: Pain is getting a little better, definitely still sore and the incisions are starting to be really itchy! But I’m loving the way they’re looking! Dr ended up going a little bigger than what we had talked about (400cc) but so far I’m so happy with the result!
I had this nice heavy permanent pouch that I carry that my body decided to keep after having three children. It doesn't matter on how far I ran everyday and/or lifting weights it just hangs there. Then jut gradually my back started to bother me. I finally decided that 2021 will be "my take care of myself year" Updated on 26 Feb 2021: Recovery is not as bad as I anticipated. For me, the worst part was the famous and lovely drain. Six days after the surgery it was removed and I ever don’t want to experienced the drain removal again. The day the drain was removed i tarted walking more. A week after the surgery I was walking about a mile. After that until now (24th day) my average walk is about 3.5 miles a day. I considered myself lucky when it comes scar healing. Not bragging, but they looked so good. I never had the oozing car. I strongly believed that my recover and scar healing has to do with me taking care of my skin prior to surgery. I have an addiction to lotion! Okay there you go I admitted to it! I apply lotion at least twice a day sometimes more! Once I figure out how to upload my pictures I will share. Updated on 9 Mar 2021: Here are some of the pictures that I was able to load. I will ty to upload more.
First off, I had had a small amount of liposuction performed by a popular Medford, OR surgeon years ago and knew I would not return to his practice. With that said, I had been doing research for my mommy makeover for about 8 months. This included consults with other physicians, viewing many videos on YouTube, and asking fellow nurses in the Medford area about the physicians I was considering. My third consult was with Dr. Brian Kreul. I had read his many reviews and looked at his work online before my consult. I entered the consult appointment with so much hesitation. I left that appointment with such a secure, confident feeling of who I needed to do my surgery. Dr. Kreul was incredibly professional, calming, patient and most of all such a great person.I ended up scheduling my appointment for my surgery before I left his office that very day. His attention to detail is amazing! He is thorough with his questions of finding out what I wanted as the patient. Surgery day came and went with not one problem. His staff is AMAZING! With so much attention to detail, I healed easily. Again, I have done so much research, so I knew what to expect.I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kreul. I am so thankful that with such a big investment, comes such a big payoff. I am still healing, but the results are so incredible! When I am finished with my healing process, I will add pictures. (My age has so much to do with the time frame of my healing process...takes a little longer to heal for women over 50) Thus far, the outcome is more than I expected! I am so thankful for Dr. Kreul and his staff.
I didn't want to go too big. I am 5 ft 2 in. petite. I was a Size A with asymmetry breasts and a mother of 3. I got 310cc in the bigger breast and 340 in the smaller one! I love them and I feel so beautiful! Definitely worth it. I am still healing. Theses pics are the days following surgery but will post progress pics later. Updated on 18 Dec 2020: Everything is healing nicely at 18Days Post-op. They are still quite firm but they have softened up alot. Incision tape has been removed. Can't wait for them to fully heal so I can try on an actual bra! Updated on 6 Jan 2021: I had Liposuction to my entire mid section/ flanks and bra line. No matter how hard I tried to diet and excersise I could not get rid of my muffin top and mom bod. I am 33 and have had 3 children. My procedure went well and it turned out Amazing! No lumps just smooth skin. After 7 days I returned to work with no problems. I did maintain compression for the full 6 weeks and even more.
I had breast augmentation surgery with mastopexy on July 14th. Dr. Brian Kreul was my surgeon. I am now two weeks post op and healing well. I was very happy with my experience and Dr. Kreul's work. His staff is amazing, especially his medical assistant, Serena. I was very nervous about undergoing surgery and they were nothing but kind and compassionate about my concerns. I'm still sore and waiting for my implants to drop, but loving my results so far. Updated on 30 Jul 2020: 2 weeks post op, sutures were removed last Monday. They are still high, but looking better every day. Under the bra is still scary looking, because I had a lift too. The incisions are still very obvious and gross. I’m massaging oil on them twice daily and will start using silicone scar tape at 3 weeks. Updated on 31 Jul 2020: Pre surgery I wore a 36c bra size. I have 2 children, both breast fed, hence the need for a lift. I was very unhappy with how they looked. I’m 39 years old. A little more than 2 weeks since surgery and they are still high, looking forward to them dropping.
Very nice and highly skilled surgeon! I have undergone two surgeries from him, with wonderful results! I had a lower face lift, and then three years later, and breast reduction mammoplasty. He is great!!!
Dr. Kreul and all his staff are beyond amazing. From the first time I called the office for a consultation to the day of my surgery. It was an easy and comfortable experience. I know I made the right decision by having him as my surgeon.
If you are happy with the size of your breasts and desire the areola to be smaller and the nipple and breast tissue higher on the chest, you likely would be happy with a breast lift (mastopexy). The down side to any breast lift procedure is that you will have permanent scars on your breasts.
Liposuction works best to reduce fat in areas where there is mild excess. In younger people with good skin elasticity, the skin usually retracts. If the skin quality is poor, the skin may not contract and you can be left with sagging skin in the area. Also, the larger the volume of liposuction, the less likely the skin is to contract. Compression garments should be worn over the liposuction areas for at least 6 weeks after the procedure to help the skin contract.
A good facelift can have effects that last forever. However, the effects of gravity and aging start to take effect immediately after surgery. There are many factors that influence the length of time your result will last. Certainly, the facelift technique plays a big part in the longevity of the result. It's important to understand that not all facelift techniques are the same even if the skin incision is similar. Other factors that influence the result are the quality of your skin, age, weight fluctuations, smoking, and sun exposure.
Recovery from subpectoral breast augmentation usually involves 1-2 weeks of discomfort requiring pain and/or muscle relaxant medications . You will be up and active the day after surgery and can shower the next day. You can raise your arms above your head the next day and are encouraged to gently begin stretching your pectoral muscles. The incision will be covered with a steristrip tape and no other dressings will be necessary. You should do only light activity for the first two weeks after surgery. You should avoid elevations in your heart rate or blood pressure for that two week period to help insure there is no bleeding after surgery. At the two week mark, I allow my patients to start cardiovascular exercise (including running) with a very supportive bra. More strenuous strength training can begin at around 4 weeks. The amount of time off work depends on your job responsibilities. Desk work usually will require 4-7 days off.Scars maturation and fading takes a full 6-12 months to happen. Usually, scars are fading and softening nicely by 3-6 months. By 1 year, a scar should be a thin white line.
Swelling after breast augmentation persists for 4-6 weeks at the least. Some patients may have swelling, firmness, and high implants for several months. There are many factors that may affect the length of time your swelling persists. Submuscular implants tend to stay higher, rounder, firmer, and more swollen for a longer period of time. Usually, you will have fairly good idea of your final bra size around 6-8 weeks after surgery.
