Some recovery pictures
Here are some of the pictures that I was able to load. I will ty to upload more.
The fun begins!
Recovery is not as bad as I anticipated. For me, the worst part was the famous and lovely drain. Six days after the surgery it was removed and I ever don’t want to experienced the drain removal again. The day the drain was removed i tarted walking more. A week after the surgery I was walking about a mile. After that until now (24th day) my average walk is about 3.5 miles a day. I considered myself lucky when it comes scar healing. Not bragging, but they looked so good. I never had the oozing car. I strongly believed that my recover and scar healing has to do with me taking care of my skin prior to surgery. I have an addiction to lotion! Okay there you go I admitted to it! I apply lotion at least twice a day sometimes more! Once I figure out how to upload my pictures I will share.
It went better than I expected!
I had this nice heavy permanent pouch that I carry that my body decided to keep after having three children. It doesn't matter on how far I ran everyday and/or lifting weights it just hangs there. Then jut gradually my back started to bother me. I finally decided that 2021 will be "my take care of myself year"
