Words cannot express how much Dr.Klink and his team has made a difference in my life. He has been beside me during my journey of weightloss and helping me feel like all my hard work has paid off. He has performed a mommy makeover, liposuction, face tight, arm lift, thigh lift and just this past month a mini face lift. I couldn’t thank him enough for making me feel amazing! Him and his team are like family and couldn’t thank them enough!!!!!
I am so thrilled with my results. I've been researching a doc for 3 years now and I am officially 4 days post op from my TT revision. I say revision because that's the technical term but I had so much skin that it was going to require a revision after the initial TT. Once the swelling went down from my first round, we were able to see the real results and fix accordingly. I can't express how much I love Dr. Klink and his staff. THEY ARE TOP NOTCH! Stop thinking and book your consult with him. You will not be disappointed.
Dr. Klink’s integrity is what won me over. He was so thorough, answering questions I wouldn’t have even thought to ask. His honesty with his thoughts about my concerns was very much appreciated. Where he could have manipulated the conversation to his benefit, that wasn’t the case at all. I left his office feeling confident about, what ever decision I made. The procedure and recovery was wonderful. Dr. Klink makes himself available to you every step of the way. My concerns are heard and met with potential solutions. The staff on his team, are so warm and welcoming, you feel known. My results for being only 3mo out are amazing. I’m 49 and I’m being told, I look like I’m in my 30’s! Knowing now what I didn’t know then, I would have had the procedure done sooner. But only with Dr. Klink as my surgeon. Updated on 18 May 2022: With my original review I wasn’t able to add a before and after photos. I wanted to be able to post them to show the difference. I know when I was doing my research the photos really helped me understand what a facelift could do for me. So here they are. The before photo is the day of my surgery. The after photo is current, three months after my surgery. I feel wonderful. Everything I had hoped for and then some. My skin looks amazing. Plus to be told it will continue to get better as I’m still healing. Very pleased with Dr. Klink
I am someone who was very overweight my entire life. Highest weight was 280 pounds (size 18/20). I have had 3 pregnancies that ended in c-sections and had weight loss surgery. So needless to say, my body and breasts have fluctuated A LOT. These massive fluctuations meant my boobs were beyond deflated, looking at the floor, and I had a massive amount of loose skin on my tummy. I FINALLY have had the opportunity to do something about it and had my mommy makeover!! As of today, I am 6 days post op and definitely do not feel like death anymore but for sure feeling the pain. The first 3 days were BRUTAL and it required staying on top of my pain meds and my surgeon also gave me a daily toradol shot to curb the pain. Had four drains and my breast drains were removed on day 3 and should be getting one tummy drain out tomorrow (day 7) and the final one the day after (day 8). The pain along my incision is kicking in more and I am definitely having to take it easy. I have a 9 month old child, 4 year old, 13 year old, and 18 year in a wheelchair with a disability so my husband has had to massively step in because I am legit useless. Be prepared to COMPLETELY check out and have someone fully care for you and any children! Will update as I continue through post-op. :-) Updated on 1 Mar 2022: I continue to keep moving right along with my recovery. On my 4 week follow-up I was able to nix the compression garment 24/7 and only wear when exercising (which also got cleared for cardio). I got to also stop the tape and switch to scar cream (YAY!). My muscles in my abs are still VERY sore and I for sure am having to remind myself to take it easy. I was feeling like my swelling wasn't going down but looking back on pictures now, it CLEARLY is going down. Here's to hoping for continued recovery, getting started on weights, and continuing to find my abs and waist!
I can't even begin to explain the gratitude I have for Dr. Klink. I had a breast augmentation in 2004 that ended up in a capsular contracture from a doctor in Stockton. That doctor pretty much said " sorry, i can't fix it". I ended up going to another plastic surgeon in the Sacramento area for some laser therapy to help the contracture and to replace my implants. Needless to say, the surgeon did not fix all the encapsulation.I started going to Dr. Klink about 5 years ago for botox. I became very comfortable and confident that he would be able to give me the breast shape I had always wanted. I had surgery about 3 weeks ago, and I am so incredibly happy with the outcome. He has followed me on a weekly basis to make sure I am healing properly. He actually cared. My breasts look absolutely amazing. I would 100% go back to Dr. Klink for any of my plastic surgery needs. I already have a friend booked for her augmentation in September.
It has been 4 days since my surgery and I am already in love with my results. Dr Klink and his team has given me a 5 star experience from the beginning. I am so happy and comforted with the care I have been receiving. Can't wait to see how my tummy is going to look once the swelling is gone! Will post updated pictures soon, Updated on 17 Mar 2021: 2 weeks post surgery and trying on swimsuits I never thought I would be able to wear after having 3 boys! Loving my results!
I did everything to conceal my turkey neck before surgery. After surgery I cut my hair, wear necklaces and v-neck shirts again. The best part was that people only noticed that I cut my hair!!! Dr. Klink and team were great--healing was quick and I could go out with a mask (due to Covid) after only 5 days!
Hi Everyone, I’ve been wanting a BA for over 12yrs now. Having 4 kids my wants went on the back burner. I found Dr Klink on this site and I’ve ran into a few local people that have had surgery with him as well. He’s amazing, his office staff is so caring and always answers your calls. He has the best aftercare, he sees you the day after surgery then every week till you hit 4 weeks, then monthly. He’s never in a rush and will answers any questions you have. I’ve found my plastic surgeon, definitely going to go back to him with anything else I want. I’m so happy Updated on 21 Dec 2020: Hi, This video was requested on how they settled, it will be 6 weeks post op tomorrow. I love them more everyday. They have definitely dropped and feel like real boobs again. It’s so nice to finally have boobs! Updated on 6 Jan 2021: So I still love my boobs lol, I feel like my Left one is starting to drop a little more than the right. My right is still a little tight so I think it still has to drop a little, I guess I have to be more patient. I’ve been running (with 2 sports bras) and they have been behaving, which is awesome. I’m definitely happy with my decision! Updated on 8 Feb 2021: Hello everyone, Still loving my boobs, they have definitely dropped and feel super soft like normal boobies. I can now hug on hubby without feeling like I have to keep a space in between us to protect the girls. He’s finally getting more adjusted to them, he was really scared to touch them lol (in fear of hurting me). Updated on 18 Feb 2021: So I recently went to Tulum Mexico and the weather was beautiful. I was able to hang out in a bathing suit all weekend and absolutely love my girls. They don’t feel to big, they feel like they have been there all along. I know weird right? Lol Updated on 3 May 2021: 6 months post op, still loving my girls!! Sorry I haven’t posted in a while. Hope everyone’s having an amazing journey as well. I’m so happy I decided to take this journey with Dr klink.. best decision ever!! Updated on 30 Jun 2021: Hello everyone, I’m still loving my new breast. I actually can’t imagine not having them now.. lol kinda weird They have really softened up and feel pretty natural to me. Hope everyone is having great results too.
Dr Klink did my breast lift 5 years ago so I didn't think twice when it came to returning to him for my tummy tuck. I want to start this review as a series...I had my tummy tuck on 0ct 27, today is Nov. 5 so I want to show my before picture that I took the morning of my surgery, and the picture of my tummy exactly 24 hours later! After a ton of anxiety and fear leading up to my procedure, I couldn't be happier with my results! Dr. Klink did NOT let me down..he's as amazing now as he was 5 years ago. Updated on 18 Nov 2020: This is from my day 2 check up...WOW!! swollen like crazy and still an insane result! not one single stretch mark left on me..and I have a real belllybutton!! I had two drains..one came out on day 4, the other on day 6. The pain was real..i don't think I prepared myself enough for that..especially when i choked on my spit and thought I ripped every stitch inside of me open. Luckily, I didn't..but holy sh&t. Still 100% totally worth it. Dr Klink is great and so are my results! As I post this I am 3 weeks post op...so i will start another review with those updates and photos next.. Updated on 18 Nov 2020: Quick update as I"ve been lagging..I will take a new pic tomorrow, but here's where Im at now otherwise. Im still pretty swollen but the healing has been going great. I measured my incision..24 inches long! I'm healing nicely. I'm just starting to wear my jeans again, just being careful about that button being too tight on my belly. My belly button is looking great..still have a couple scabs inside but thats no biggie. I'm almost sleeping like normal again - still propped up but a lot less. I'm almost to where I can sleep on my side again. I spent 1 week sleeping on my recliner and have been in my bed ever since. I just found the recliner more comfortable and easier to get in and out of on my own. In case you wondering about stairs btw...totally doable. I have a 3 story house and I MUST go up stairs to get to a living area..so I went up the stairs with help from my husband the same day I had surgery. No problem! I know that was a worry for me so hopefully that helps someone else out there. I took all my pain meds but 2 pills...recovery was fairly painful for me but as soon as I got off of them I didn't take anything at all..not even tylenol. Friends who see me instantly say 'OH MY GOD YOU"RE SO SKINNY!!" yeah girl! i better be! this sh*t was tough! One more thing I want to warn others about...I had a pre existing bad back, bad l5-s1. I will say my back pain was worse than my tummy tuck pain. My back pain was much worse than my tummy tuck pain. Now that I"m all fully upright and such my back pain is no longer..but just be aware. Klink tells me tummy tucks often help resolve back pain in pre existing conditions..which makes sense with the abdominal muscle repair. still 100% worth all of it! loving my results! Updated on 19 Nov 2020: Just adding my three week post op photo I took today. Tried to take my dog for a walk today...probably would have been ok except I live on a hill...attempt flat land instead to keep my heart rate down. Still very swollen, as I will be for a long time. Still seeing great results. Getting anxious to get back to work outs now! talk about motivation!!!
Went from A cup to DD with 485cc's of silicone. The scars are tiny, clean, and can't even be seen beneath my tattoo, located beneath the breast. He was able to create a breast fold where there wasn't before. My results are natural, soft, and beautiful. I have multiple friends who have gone to Dr. Klink, and they've all recommended him. He's changed my life. I have the hourglass figure of my dreams :)
You definitely have a significant contour problem. Causes could include a thread lift ( did they do that?), an unrecognized collection of blood ( a hematoma) or tacking sutures. Although this is likely to have some improvement with time and massage, I believe correction will best be obtained operatively. PRP is unlikely to be helpful and would be a waste of money.
This is a common issue. My initial plan would be to use an IM fold incisions, tighten the lower pockets, change to moderate profile plus implants and possibly remove skin at the folds. I would use ADM secondarily if the original tightening fails. Good Luck!
This is a pretty typical dilemma - contour versus scar and recovery. It looks as though a mini is a possibility, but the best way to determine that is with a hands on exam by a plastic surgeon. I would also say that you should always address what bothers YOU. There are many board certified plastic surgeons in our area who can discuss each procedure in detail with you with the risks and limitations of each. Good Luck!
The answer is that the Vectra is an excellent tool for augmentation alone. The computer does have a lift function, but I have not found it as useful or realistic. I assume that it will get better with time. Good luck!
I agree with the other surgeons that an abdominoplasty with muscle repair should give you a good result and should be able to improve most of the contour defects. There are many board certified plastic surgeons in our area who should be able to give you a nice result. Good luck!
