I was young at the time, and the only request I had was to have more of a symmetrical profile. I left the rest up to Dr. Smith's discretion. Dr. Smith is charming, attentive and operates with integrity. I referred two other people to him for rhinoplasty. He had to correct one of my referrals with a second procedure. He did so without an additional charge (not all surgeons operate with this level of goodness). If I could go back, I would request smaller nostrils and tip work. I now realize most of his nose jobs look very similar. I'm currently seeking a second rhinoplasty in hopes of a more petite nose. I'm happy with the chin implant. His staff was always professional and kind.

Had a mini neck lift, upper and lower eyelids two years ago and am still so happy with the results!! Added three facial treatments one year ago with CO2 laser and my skin still looks great. I am 68 and active and healthy. I am thrilled that I trusted Dr. Smith and would do it again in a minute!! No one can believe my age- it took at least 10 years off!!!

I had a mini lift two months ago by Dr. Smith and I am thrilled! Couldn't be happier and I am so happy I did it. Dr. Smith errs on the side of caution for a more refreshed look versus the pulled look of a full facial. I now look refreshed and a tad younger and I now look as good as I feel. The whole office staff is terrific, friendly, and professional and I felt very well looked after by them. The information and supplies provided before the procedure were great and I went into the procedure feeling well prepared. If you are considering this procedure I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his team.

I had a neck cheek lift, a small chin implant and nose tip definition procedures. I'm good for another 10 years! I'm 55 and no one can believe it. I'm so happy with my results that I would not hesitate to do it again or recommend to anyone. The recovery was fine. I followed all the instructions they gave me and took all the medications. The office staff is so helpful with the instructions and they are very thorough.

His support team is incredible. From the time I first contacted his office to my follow-ups after surgery, his staff have been attentive and supportive. I did my homework before I chose Dr. Smith. I found his fees reasonable compared to other plastic surgeons in the area and appreciated the fact that he didn't charge a $100 consultation fee. He answered all my questions, was never too hurried, and I was even able to get an appointment quickly for a second consultation before I made my decision. From start to finish he treated me with genuine care. I'm not sure what else I can add. I am an actual patient of Dr. Smith's, 64 years old and very active. I am 21 years old and never liked the appearance of my nose. It is something that has bothered me ever since I can remember. When I turned 20 I decided that I wanted to start looking into getting a nose job as well as correcting my deviated septum. My biggest concern was my nose not looking natural and changing my whole appearance as well as the pain I would be inflicting on myself. Getting my nose done was one of the best decision I have ever made and Im extremely grateful to have had such an amazing doctor to not only perform the surgery but to also help comfort me and educate me in on my Rhinoplasty. This was my second neck/cheek lift. I wasn’t happy with first one so 15 years later I was really scared to try again. Then I found Dr Brent Smith. He is the best!! He went over everything with me from vitamins and supplements that I should take before the procedure (which he supplied by the way) to everything I should do right after and all follow up appointments. I am an old lady, 77, who does not want to look like one. I view face lifts just like painting my house or repairing the plumbing. It is maintenance. I will only live once and I want to make the most of all of it. I have been married to the same guy since I was 16 so I guess this works or at least helps.

I am so happy with the results from Dr. Brent Smith. He is a very skilled surgeon and has one of the best bedside manners of any doctor I have ever met. His office staff are all very helpful and Lorayne is the best of the best! I would recommend him to anybody wanting a natural looking face lift. He took at least 15 years off my face.
