Yes you can get implants at your current size and you will likely be please if you get a small modification for your tuberous breast’s. You will need a small lift and aereolar reduction to give your best results. I would see a board certified plastic surgeon so you can discuss all your options

It appears from your pictures you at least would benefit from a lower facelift and neck lift to help with your plastymal band. The important question for your would be do you desire any correction in the upper face cheek region which would help your plastic surgeon design your facelift to meet your desires. Looking at your pictures I do not think you would be happy with liposuction alone. I think your next set could be to see a board certified plastic surgeon to have a evaluation. Your pictures would suggest that you make also need a muscle plication to achieve your best results. An in-person evaluation is the best way to make that decision.
