I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Knoll and Valerie Mignon for being by my side throughout my breast augmentation journey.
From my very first consultation, both Dr. Knoll and Valerie were incredibly kind, supportive, and always willing to answer my questions. It took me some time to make my final decision, and at no point did I feel pressured or rushed. Instead, I felt respected, informed, and supported every step of the way.
The level of care I received was exceptional from start to finish. Everything was handled seamlessly- from the organization and preparation to the surgery itself. I always felt supported and knew I could reach out whenever I needed guidance or reassurance.
On the day of surgery, Dr. Knoll made sure I felt comfortable and confident, while Valerie kept my companion updated throughout the process, which was greatly appreciated. After surgery, Dr. Knoll personally called to check on how I was feeling, a gesture that meant a lot to me and truly reflected the genuine care she has for her patients.
Dr. Knoll’s practice is a wonderful example of how a surgical journey should be- professional, compassionate and patient-centered. I highly recommend Dr. Knoll’s practice and the entire team behind it.
