I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bianca Knoll and her entire team!
As an American living in Germany, the thought of having surgery in another country was a little intimidating at first. Dr. Knoll was the first and only surgeon I consulted with, and after meeting her, I knew I didn’t need to look anywhere else. From the very beginning, she made me feel so comfortable, respected, and genuinely heard. She listened to what I wanted, understood my vision, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. I trusted her wholeheartedly, and that feeling never wavered throughout the entire process.
Valerie, the patient coordinator, deserves just as much praise! She was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She made everything feel so seamless and was always kind, attentive, and helpful. I truly felt cared for and valued, rather than just being another patient coming through the door.
The surgical center itself was also wonderful. Everyone I encountered was warm and welcoming, and the entire atmosphere made me feel completely at ease both before and after surgery.
And my results? I absolutely LOVE them! I wanted something natural and proportionate to my body, and I trusted Dr. Knoll enough to let her make the final decision on implant size during surgery. She could not have chosen more perfectly. I’m so happy with how everything turned out, and I’m incredibly grateful for her expertise and attention to detail.
The aftercare has been just as wonderful as everything leading up to surgery. Everything has been thorough, and I’ve felt supported and reassured throughout my recovery.
I think what makes this experience so special is that I never felt like just another patient. I felt listened to, respected, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. I’ve already recommended Dr. Knoll to several friends, and I will continue to recommend her without hesitation.
