I am 4 days PO from chin lipo and have had a wonderful experience with Dr Kirbo. He is friendly and attentive, and my results are so good! The nurses made me feel comfortable and helped me get prepped. I was sedated during the procedure and remember nothing except being super out of it and then waking up and it was over. They called to check on me the next day. Recovery has been very easy! The worst part is the awful garment you have to wear, but it’s worth it!!
I am very pleased with Dr kirbo and his staff. There was very little wait time with all of my appointments and the atmosphere is very pleasant. He made me very comfortable with my TT decision, because he talk explained everything very thoroughly during my consultation. I am very pleased with my results and would highly recommend him.I am very pleased with my results. It was well worth the price.
Excellent he did a great job love my results. Dr. Kirbo he is very caring and listens of what you really want his work is amazing. I recommend it to everyone who is interested or thinking doing plastic surgery. Totally love his work.
I’ve never been bigger than an A cup even when I was heavily pregnant and breastfeeding. I’m now 30 and realized I needed to change it as it was making me so depressed. I went for 295 cc high profile I’m now on day 1 and can’t feel any pain at al unless I move. I’m struggling to see properly from the anasthetic and am still a bit wobble on my feet but I am so happy with them so far! Updated on 17 Feb 2018: I had my surgery yesterday and it wa last super smooth! I havent has to take any pain killers at all since i left the hospital yesterday afternoon. My only complaint is my res are super blurry for some reason and I can barely see. I’m 4’’10 and $8lbs and I wanted to be a full B as before I was an AA. My doctors suggested high profile 295 so that’s what I got. Updated on 17 Feb 2018: I went from a 30aa and was as flat as an iron board. Only had them done Today and I am already in love. I went for a 295cc. Currently in no pain and haven’t had to take any painkillers. I’m sure that may change . I was so worried about going so big with having such a small frame but I am so glad i did! Updated on 17 Feb 2018: So today is my second day, they’re a little sore but not unbearable. They’re the most uncomfortable under the armpits. I’m glad I went with 295cc. I’m happy with size although it’s kobda hard to see with the swelling. Updated on 17 Feb 2018: My husband went to Macy’s last night and spent $40 on a sports bra, then today my order from “wish” came in, I bought 2 sports bras and paid $6 with shipping and they’re so much more comfortable than the expensive one! Updated on 18 Feb 2018: Still hardly in any pain. Only time is if I try to move around, like trying to get ilout if bed flying lying flat. I haven’t needed any painkillers. The skin feels slightly tight but that’s to be expected I guess! I’ve been doing my stretches regularly and massaging down between the cleavage to pop the lactic acid bubbles, that sounds so funny. The left one feels slightly firmer than the right but I think they’re about the same size, maybe the one on the right is fluffing our slightly quicker? Updated on 19 Feb 2018: Last night night was the first night I have ever really felt much discomfort. I’d read on here that day 2 was the worst and after that things got better. Personally I think i outdid myself yesterday as husband was moaning I was being “lazy” so I had to walk the dog and clean etc so I think that’s why I was so uncomfortable. The pain kept waking me up in the night. It’s not totally unbearable though. Just when it’s your turn ignore people calling you lazy and rest to save the hassle! They seem to be getting softer every day, especially the right breast. Updated on 21 Feb 2018: 6 days in and I am in love with them as I was the first day. I had to go back to my surgeon yesterday as I’ve been having some nerve pain particularly in my left breast. So I am still having to take my painkillers but apart from that there’s nothing new to update. I work as a nanny and started back 2 days ago, the parents never noticed which is a good thing as I wanted an unnoticeable change. I always used to wear super padded bras so I can’t really tell a difference unless I am naked. I can’t wait till the summer comes and I can get a cleavage in some nice bikinis! Updated on 21 Feb 2018: In my whole adult life I’ve never wanted to wear sexy lingerie. I’m still too swollen and uncomfortable for any bump bump anyway but I bought something just to see how it would feel. I tried it on and was WOWED by it. If anyone is debating getting a boob job and hoping it will make them feel sexier, do it. 6 days ago I was a AA and couldn’t fill even a teen bra. 295cc and I now feel like a woman. Updated on 23 Feb 2018: Still so in love! My right breast is a lot more tender than my left and is more swollen. It hurts a lot more too but I think I may have been over doing things. I’ve been having to lift my 2 year old up etc and I think that’s played a part. I’m still regularly taking pain killers. I’ve only enough narcotics to last until tomorrow and it’s a Saturday so I’ve just got to hope ibuprofen can cut it for me and with my husband being here all weekend I can rest my boobs a bit more! I definitely wasn’t expecting to still be so sore but I think I only have myself to blame. If I can pass on any advice to anyone it would truly be to take it easy to help yourself recover quicker. Updated on 25 Feb 2018: Updated on 26 Feb 2018: Today is the first day I haven’t had to take any painkillers at all and it’s felt amazing! I was starting to feel like there was no end in sight to this pain issue and it feels amazing it’s not there! I also wore a tee today that I’ve never managed to wear before without a cami underneath covering what should have been a cleavage and instead was a gaping padded bra! Day to celebrate ????
I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Kirbo. He was a great doctor, honest about what sizes would look natural on my shape, and treated me with respect. He and his team are great, responded to my hundreds of calls after my procedure, and even when I had to have skin removed for a biopsy, altering the look of my breasts, he had me in for a consult and gave me advice on the scar. I will continue to return to Dr. Kirbo and recommend him to everyone I know.
My breast reduction was a long awaited success! Thank you Dr Kirbo for your expertise and caring personality that has definitely put a smile on my face! Your caring staff gets AAA+ along with you. I recommend Dr Kirbo for all your plastic surgery needs
Dr. Kirbo performed a tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks. He is an artist. I could not be more pleased. He is patient, thorough and very calming. His staff calls back the same day to respond to questions and concerns. He even called me the night of the surgery to see how I was doing!
I decided to do lip implants while I was under general anesthesia for my 2nd breast augmentation. I made the decision on Friday the 24th before Monday the 27th surgery. There was some concern on getting the Perma Lip in on time. Dr. Kirbo was willing to have them sent overnight to his personal residence. Going above and beyond for his patients! As for the surgeries, both were a breeze. The 2nd BA is SO much easier - no pain or discomfort at all. Today is Tuesday and I feel I could go back to work had I not done the lip implants. I am having only slight discomfort and swelling with the lip implants. The Vicodin that was prescribed is enough to ease any discomfort. I would describe it as "dull achy" pain but way easier than I anticipated and I am usually very sensitive to pain. I am happy to answer any questions or correspond via personal email. If you are considering lip implants, I say get a reputable surgeon you trust and go for it! Updated on 29 Mar 2017: Day 3 is the worst so far. Lips are swollen, bruised, hard and tight. The corners where the stitches are look "mushy" and kinda gross. I've been putting Neosporin all over my lips since Day 1 which the nurse told me was fine, but maybe I'll lay off. I iced my lips twice today. Hoping tomorrow will be better. Very little pain though, overall. Still way easier than I anticipated. I would not count on going to work on Day 3. Updated on 30 Mar 2017: My top lip was very thin. Forever using lip liner to enhance my lips. Updated on 30 Mar 2017: Updated on 31 Mar 2017: Lips are a little numb and the stitches on the left side have fallen out or dissolved. I can open my mouth a little wider and bruising is minimal. Very pleased with the results so far. Updated on 2 Apr 2017: I had a horrible experience over the weekend (Day 6) because I took too many of the prescribed Hydrocodone. I think this is Vicodin. Pain pills cause terrible constipation and hard stool. If you've ever experienced this you know what I'm talking about. Never again!!!! Just a word of caution...try to take over the counter pain medication instead of the prescribed if you can handle it. I could have been fine with OTC as the pain was really not that bad. Updated on 3 Apr 2017: Day 8 is much better all around. Slightly swollen, minimal bruising (still visible though) and I can open my mouth all the way. Still some internal healing where stitches remain on one side. I think that is where he inserted the larger (5mm) into my top lip. A couple of my friends asked if I got my "lips done." But they had never even heard of actual implants and assumed it was filler. Not sure if my employees notice, but they would never comment. I went on a first date last night and felt pretty comfortable (a little concerned about visible bruising). I ducked out when he tried to kiss me but played coy as if no kissing on the first date. ???? Updated on 7 Apr 2017: Saw Dr. Kirbo again this morning. All is well with the healing. He did say that he had some trouble getting the top implant in due to a tear I had in my lip. I had no clue I had any internal damage, but I did notice a slight cut on my top lip that week. I can't even remember what I did to damage my lip. But that explains why the one side looks worse than the other. There are some extra skin nodules on that side but he said massage the area gently and it would go away. Only issues are that I can't feel my lips as much as I used to, so never sure if I have food on my mouth! Also, I can't rub my lips together (as in rubbing them together after applying Chapstick). I am not sure if these things will get better over time, but Il try to update in a month or so! Overall, still very pleased with the results. Updated on 25 Jul 2018: Hi - it is now a year and 4 months since my procedure, and I’m still extremely satisfied with the results. At first I thought I could have gone 1 size larger in my top lip, but my lips look very natural, so maybe they are perfect as they are. I have had no issues related to this procedure. My lips feel normal again and all sensation and functionality has returned. Of course, I can still feel the implant with my fingers if I try. I had one friend ask if I had gotten Botox or something done on my eyes (I had not). So, I think people noticed that something was different, but they weren’t sure what, which is perfect, in my opinion! I think I look a bit softer and younger, possibly. If you’d like to ask more questions or would like to see my full face, please message me your email address. ????. This procedure is super easy and I loved the results! Please note, my smile is naturally a little crooked. ????
I was needing a breast reduction for years. Finally I moved forward with getting information and a referral from my personal doctor. she referred Dr. Kirbo. My consultation was informative and very pleasant. Dr. Kirbo and his staff are wonderful. I felt safe and like i had chosen the right doctor and the right facility. The day of my surgery I was very nervous and excited. The surgery was a success and my recovery has been very good. I had no complaints and I still have none. I would highly recommend Dr. Kirbo to anyone seeking to have a Breast Reduction. I am so pleased with his work.
I've been waiting since puberty to get a breast augmentation. Since having my second child, my body wouldn't budge. I had a mastopexy with 350 & 375 cc Saline implants. Plus lipo on inner & outer thighs, , back, abs and arms. I'm happy to be on the other side now. Just ready to get back on my feet!! Updated on 20 Jun 2016: Got tape removed and can finally take a shower. My results already look great. I'm on a good track to great progress!!
It is hard to diagnose your condition from pictures. If you had your muscles repaired, typical swelling can last 6 months to 1 year post surgery. This should get better slowly. I recommend you consult with your plastic surgeon to confirm you had your diastasis repaired. A pseudobursa can cause permanent swelling or a fuller contour. You may request an ultrasound or CT to diagnose this.
