490cc to 800cc Implant Exchange

WORTH IT$9,000
After spending over a year depressed with my second set of implants, I made the decision to fly to Miami & have an implant exchange done by one of the best surgeons in the US! I’m currently 6 days post op & I will continue to post photos/updates.

1 year 4 months post op

My boobs have dropped drastically. Honestly, they shouldn’t look like this at all..but I’m botched lol. When I lay down, my implants fall off into my armpits and my right breast has a HUGE dent in it. Pictures don’t do it justice. Not to mention, I have NO cleavage and my breasts will not push together when I force them. It’s as if they are stuck under my muscles like cement blocks lol.

They were too far apart to begin with unfortunately.
I agree!
How much did it cost to have them reaugmentation in Miami and who was your surgeon ?

9 months post op

After having 2 augmentations done last year, I am now 9 months post op and my current set of implants look like this...Could be worse, but could be a lot better. I will definitely be having another revision done, but I’m not sure if I will go to the same surgeon again. I’m just so disappointed with how far apart the implants are and I have absolutely no cleavage, even after forcing them together - they don’t want to move and have migrated towards my armpits because the breast pockets are still too big for the implants. I would love to get these exchanged out for 650ccs

Hi, from my experience I can tell that this distance between the two breasts should have been calculated and considered before the surgery. Now you have either two solutions, 1) Bigger implant as you mentioned 2) Changing the breast pocket position . This will shorten the distance between left & right breasts . However I dont recommend bigger implant as normally it cause sever back pain if you have a weak back . Any way both solutions are doable. Why did you go through two surgeries ?
Great results so far, but I think 650’s would look perfect on you!
You look stunning!
I see what your talking about but I still think they look good!
Mine are like 2 totally different boobs lmao. I'll post an update picture. Hes supose to fix it with surgery in 2 months. He said id have to give it time for all swelling and everything go down
