Completely flat chested to a DD!

I’ve been wanting a breast augmentation for almost 7 years! I was finally able to go through with it and the outcome is just SPECTACULAR! I couldn’t have asked for a better PS. Dr. Brown gave me breasts that I am absolutely in love with and he also helped me reach a goal that once seemed like just a dream. Thank you for helping me feel BEAUTIFUL again! I received 445cc Natrelle Inspira High Profile Gummies and when I say these things feel REAL, I’m not exaggerating. More expensive implants, but so totally worth every penny spent! I had them inserted through my armpits (transaxillary) because I wanted absolutely no visible scaring & to look as realistic as possible! He most definitely helped me reach my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. (I’m only 4 weeks post op) lol.

I had a breast implant exchange performed on me August 25th. I wasn’t satisfied enough with my first set of implants, I felt as if they weren’t portioned right and just not suitable for my body.. I may have had slight boob greed & still wish they were bigger now lol. But they are absolutely beautiful. Thanks Dr. Brown!

After having 2 augmentations done last year, I am now 9 months post op and my current set of implants look like this...Could be worse, but could be a lot better. I will definitely be having another revision done, but I’m not sure if I will go to the same surgeon again. I’m just so disappointed with how far apart the implants are and I have absolutely no cleavage, even after forcing them together - they don’t want to move and have migrated towards my armpits because the breast pockets are still too big for the implants. I would love to get these exchanged out for 650ccs
