After having 2 kids and nursing for almost 3 years combined my twins were super deflated. I had little to no breast tissue and my chest was pretty depressing. I finally got the courage to opt for a breast augmentation and started looking around. I found myself coming across some real rude doctors, some sketchy ones and ones who just did not convince me of their abilities. I turned to my fabulous gyno for help and he sent me to Dr. Dardano. I was so upset I had not asked for help sooner!! Dr. Dardano's bedside manners are excellent. During the consultation he was very thorough and answered all my questions. When I showed him what I wanted he promised me better results. He DID NOT disappoint!! My procedure was painless and so smooth! I had ZERO bruising, just some swelling. I am extremely satisfied and over the moon with my results. There is NO ONE better than Dr. Dardano. He is worth every single penny. My only regret is that I did not come to his office sooner!! His staff is super friendly and professional. I've heard post-op horror stories and my experience was sooo smooth no one believes me. If I ever decide to do any type of surgery again, I will only allow Dr. Dardano to operate on me. He is very gifted and skilled with a scalpel.

I had my first breast augmentation when I was 22 years old. They never really looked quite right or felt comfortable. They were also causing me discomfort on a daily basis. I suffered for years and finally decided at age 46 to fix these ill positioned, sadly separated, asymmetrical messes! I had enough with using painful tapes, push up pads, and cleavage gadgets!
At my consultation with Dr. Dardano, I felt very confident he was the surgeon for this challenge. After examining me he explained to me that my implants were completely under the muscle and that I had an animation deformity. My implants were not in an optimal position physically and aesthetically. He described his surgical plan in a way that I could understand. I was very relieved to know of his expertise in fixing these types of complications. I immediately knew that Dr. Dardano was my number one choice! He stated that I would need a good deal of work to get the implants in proper place and may need a breast lift (mastopexy) as well to correct the sagginess and asymmetry. This would entail scars around the nipple as well as vertical scars down the breasts. I was ok with that.
As a nurse, I had realistic expectations but also as a woman, I of course wanted perfect results. I showed Dr. Dardano a picture of full round breasts with heaping cleavage! I did not want to pressure him but deep down I was hoping he could deliver those perfect breasts to me. He did not promise that he would make me look like the model in the photo, however said he would get the best results possible.
Incredibly…my results are Off-The-Chart!!! I woke up with the most voluptuous looking cleavage where I used to have a wide gap of unsightly chest bones! Second surprise was that he did not need to perform a lift so I have no visible scars!!! They look so natural and have a beautiful shape, I still can’t quite believe they are mine. It was a home run for sure!
Dr. Dardano came to me highly recommended for his breast and body work and now I see why! If it was not for him, I would have never had the courage to go through with it. I will be forever thankful!
Importantly, his office staff is more than fabulous, I could have never done it without their support! Can I mention how beautiful they all are too! Starting from Kathryn at the front desk with her warm and inviting welcomes, to smiling Nicolette, to Lydia (ARNP), making me feel so comfortable with the surgical plan, to Lisa (Surgical Coordinator ), preparing me both mentally and physically! And now, Nany (Medical Aesthetician), doing my postoperative Ultrasound/Lymphatic Drainage massage to promote healing, decrease swelling, and break up scar tissue. As far as I know, Dr. Dardano is the only surgeon that offers this in-house service to his postoperative patients. I highly recommend this! Thank you for giving me the breasts I have always dreamed of!

I was unhappy with the feeling of my old implants, they felt heavy and I was very aware of them. They felt uncomfortable during exercise, in tight clothing, and even sleeping. Dr. Dardano suggested we can try Sientra Opus implants for a more natural feel. I decided to go ahead with the switch and it has been the best decision! I no longer feel like I have implants at all! It is the best feeling to feel completely free and natural! These are a part of me, something I haven’t felt since I was 21 years old and first had implants placed. It is a game changer and a superior creation of implants! Believe me I know, I have had several different implants over the last 20 years. Sientra and Dr. Dardano are 5 Star...Together the perfect team! Thank You!!!

I waited over 10 years to have Dr. Dardano operate on me. When I first met Dr. Dardano I was 50 pounds overweight and in my 30’s. I had a 12 inch vertical scar on my stomach that was horribly disfiguring due to two previous intestinal surgeries. Dr. Dardano said two things to me at that first appointment - 1. Get your weight down if you want a great result, and 2. You need to decide if you want to have children first so we don’t have to do this twice! I felt like he was the only surgeon that was completely honest with me. I was also impressed that he only operates at a great hospital and has experience as both a general surgeon and a trauma surgeon. So I waited. It took a lot longer than I expected to get the weight off, but after losing 40 pounds and deciding not to have children I went back. I had the surgery 2 weeks ago, and at 45, I now have the stomach and waistline of a 27 year old with no job and who posts pictures of her body on Instagram all day! Joking aside, the transformation is indescribable. My new abdominal scars are completely flat and razor thin, I have a cute new belly button (since the previous one was mangled), and my back feels great with the muscles being repaired. Dr. Dardano also has a talented and devoted team in place that supports him. I am beyond grateful for the care and attention that Lisa, his patient coordinator, Lydia his nurse practitioner and Nany his lymphatic drainage massage specialist gave me. If anyone is considering plastic or reconstructive surgery, don’t make a decision until you meet Dr. Dardano first.

Dr. Dardano made me young and beautiful again! I went into the office with concerns about the area under my eyes. He is so knowledgeable and professional, he helped me make the right decision for me! I got a filler under my eyes (which did not hurt because he is so gentle), and it took away the dark circles, the hollowing of my eye area, and the appearance of bags has gone away, too! It looks so natural, and I look 10 years younger! Thank you, Dr. Dardano!!!
If you are thinking about getting this procedure, I highly recommend it!

Dr. Anthony Dardano has literally opened my eyes!!! I went from hooded, sleepy eyelids to Bright and Youthful after my Upper Blepharoplasty! I am so trilled with my results and the care that I received! His expertise and wide range of talent will impress you especially his breast and body work! Beyond my expectations!

Dr. Anthony Dardano is a saint in a lab coat. I cannot say enough about him and his wonderful team. From the moment you walk into their offices, you sense that they are there to make you comfortable, and ready to listen to all of your needs. Without getting too much into the complications that I had from a prior surgery, I contracted MRSA from a local Hospital that left my abdomen with a 13” x 6” open wound. From the moment that it was discovered that I would need some evasive work done, Dr. Dardano and his team set up a plan, and I am thrilled with the results. My disastrous scar from the complication is not noticeable at all. I would highly recommend this team to anyone for any plastic surgery needs or reconstructive surgery needs. I would truly like to thank Dr. Dardano, Lydia, Lisa and Morgan for making this expertise an incredibly positive one.

I made the choice and elected to have surgery so that I could lower my chances of ever getting breast cancer. Being that I carry the BRCA2 gene I had a 50% chance of being diagnosed with breast cancer. Having this opportunity lowered my chances to 1%, For me it was a no brainer. I have a daughter and a husband I need to be here for. I had my surgery 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I woke up with NO drains and no painful tissue expanders and most importantly peace of mind. I wouldn't go anywhere except to Dr. Dardano!
