I recently underwent several facial procedures with Dr. Anmol Chattha, including rhinoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, CO2 laser resurfacing, and facial fat grafting. From the initial consultation through surgery and recovery, the experience has been exceptional.
Dr. Chattha is calm, confident, and extremely thorough. He explains things clearly, sets realistic expectations, and never rushes conversations. I always felt informed, not sold. Going into surgery, I had a clear understanding of the plan and why each decision was being made, which gave me a lot of confidence.
The day of surgery was smooth, organized, and professional. The entire team made me feel taken care of, and it was obvious that precision and patient safety were the priority. Considering how much work was done at once, everything felt intentional and well controlled.
Recovery has unfolded exactly as Dr. Chattha explained it would. Even during the harder days, there were no surprises, which says a lot about how well he prepares his patients. One thing that truly sets him apart is his accessibility. Dr. Chattha personally responds to texts, even outside of normal office hours. Early mornings, late nights, moments when I probably over-texted, he was consistently responsive, reassuring, and patient. That level of availability during recovery is rare and incredibly valuable.
I also want to highlight his assistant, Leydid. She is intuitive, intelligent, and extremely attentive. While Dr. Chattha is very communicative and direct, Leydid brings a different style that perfectly complements his. She has an ability to anticipate questions, fill in gaps, and explain things in a way that adds clarity and reassurance. At times when I didn’t even realize I needed something explained, she was already there addressing it. Her attention to detail and awareness added an extra layer of comfort throughout the entire process. Honestly, she was the icing on the cake.
The work itself feels conservative in the best possible way, focused on long-term results rather than shortcuts or trends. I’m still early in the healing process, but it’s already clear that the foundation is solid and thoughtfully done. The attention to detail, judgment, and care from both Dr. Chattha and his team really stand out.
