So after 8 weeks my coolmini procedure I came back and this time I came in for kybella per recommendation. The procedure took about 20 min. First they put a numbing paste, after 15 min they come in and out the little dots which is like a temp tattoo sticker. The nurse which is very friendly and accommodating explained how it will go down. She injects 20 times with small needles. Total of 5 syringes if I remember correctly. It’s not painful, I felt one of injections a bit more than the rest but it took like 4 min for her to finish. Afterwards she put an ice pack and wrapped it with a strap with Velcro. I’m currently wearing it to keep the swelling down. It swelled up but nothing crazy. Updated on 14 Mar 2019: Bullfrog throat. Not really painful Updated on 16 Mar 2019: The selling has subsided a bit. Wearing the head wrap helps. I also added vapor rub to help with swelling. Updated on 20 Mar 2019: Not much more has changed. Swelling hasn’t dropped very much. Will post again in a week Updated on 1 Apr 2019: It’s a bit less swollen but it still feels swollen and numb to touch. I’m hoping for more of an improvement in another week Updated on 7 Apr 2019: So now the 7th of April and here’s another update. Looks a tad bit smaller. Will update in another week Updated on 17 Apr 2019: It’s been a month since first procedure. Haven’t noticed much change since last week. Maybe someone can see it ? Looking forward in next procedure in early May Updated on 14 May 2019: Very disappointed with the results. It looks the same as it did before procedure. Nothing has changed. I don’t recommend this. $900 down the drain. I should of just done the lipo. I went to a different plastic surgeon because I’m doing my nose as well. sadly for chin I need to wait 4 more months due to the kybella procedure. He said the tissue needs to heal and finish its process. Don’t do it. Just lipo the area.
I recently had my surgery done with Dr. Wongworawat and I am extremely pleased with my results thus far. Dr. W far exceeded my expectations and I am happy with my decision picking him to be my surgeon. From the beginning, Dr. W has been patient and kind. Always just a text/call away if I had a concern arise during my recovery. Dr Wongworawat is talented beyond measure and I will recommend him to anyone that is looking for a great doctor. Updated on 12 Apr 2019: It's officially been 2 months since my surgery. I'm still swollen and wearing dresses daily since jeans/ yoga pants are still tight and do not feel comfortably but it's not a problem. I am loving my results! Here are some recent pictures to share.
I’ve always had a double chin. I workout a lot but the double chin has always been there. I’m very self conscious about it and its a cause of low self esteem for me. I went to AI Plastic Surgery in Temecula for a kybella consultation. The nurse told me I should consider CoolSculpting instead for the first treatment. Then I can do kybella for second and third treatment. Pictures are taken 8 hours after session. The procedure itself was painless. The machine just sucks to your skin while super cold. I sat there for 45 min or so. Only inconvenience was that I needed to hold the device because we couldn’t keep it in place. Wasn’t too bad. I had headphones so I listened to pandora. I was told not to move or speak. Afterwards she massaged for 2 min, it currently feels a little numb but not currently swollen. No pain or discomfort. I’ll update in a week to show what results show Updated on 17 Jan 2019: Updated on 13 Feb 2019: I see a small difference but nothing major. I'm still 2 weeks out from my next visit. Ill be doing kybella next, I'm looking forward in seeing how i will look afterwards. Will update before i go back to see if its dropped more. I'm hoping so Updated on 13 Mar 2019: So after the 8 weeks I went back into the clinic and the coolsculping girl said she had seen a difference. Afterwards I had kybella done. I’ll do a separate review for it.
Love, love, love Dr. Wongworawat! A little over 3 months ago I had a breast lift, augmentation, and tummy tuck. I was really nervous about picking the right Dr. I have heard horror stories. I checked out a few different doctors but I new when I met Dr. Wongworwat he was going to do my surgery. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He was very confident in every answer and why he did things the way he does. My experience at the surgery center was great! He called me the day after my surgery to check on me. I just can not say enough good things about Dr. Wongworwat! The staff was amazing too! I have already recommended him to all my friends!
3rd time is a charm! Due to some recent weight loss, it was now time to face my fear, and the thought of finding a doctor that would be able to restore my ability to trust in a doctor enough to take a risk (risk in my mind) and live with “those” results was more than daunting. I did a lot of research, and reading of reviews. I was picky. I had issues. I had BIG concerns. I was scared. I did not just need a Breast Augmentation. I am 47 years old, had breast fed 2 children, had significant weight gain and or loss throughout my life; and had 2 previous implants & Mastectomy surgeries. I needed serious help. Dr. Wongworawat is the doctor that I chose to get a consultation from. I cannot describe the feeling I felt, and or did not feel any more after I met Dr. Wongworawat I felt so empowered by my ability to choose such a doctor on my own accord, and be sitting there face to face with him, while he is addressing every fear, realizing that my fears were literally melting away, and as my childlike belief that I could look and feel good again started to surface, I felt excited for myself again. Not only is Dr. W a good surgeon, he is intuitive, extremely intelligent, and he thinks outside the box…he really listened to me. His office staff are an extension of him, they are there every step of the way just as much as Dr. W is. I had a lot of problems to address, and I felt like Dr. W was an artist with me. It wasn’t just a procedure for him. He genuinely designed his procedure around me and correcting my problems, while creating my beautiful breasts. It has been slightly over 2 months since my saline implant removal, and replacement with silicone implants and a Mastectomy with Dr. Wongworawat. The surgery center was amazing. I have had more surgeries than I can count on both hands, so I am no newbie to surgery or surgery centers. This was the first time in my adult life that I smiled after surgery as I am waking up. I have anesthesia issues, that after, I am a hot mess throwing up, crying, with other issues. I woke up, got up, and went home. I wish there were words that could convey to anyone thinking about doing this type of surgery, or any other surgery, how much you should consider Dr. Wongworawat and his team. I am so overwhelmed with gratitude, I wish I could talk to everyone who is concerned about this type of surgery, and what Dr. Wongworawat has done for me. Thank you Dr. W from the bottom of my heart! ~MichelleS
I had been wanting to get a tummy tuck for about 8 years I decided to get it done after I had my forth child and got my tubes tied! All that lower fat was just sticking around, I was scared but I wanted to feel better about my self so I finally decided to get it done in March 2016 and I'm so happy I did this best choice of my life. It took time to heal and feel better but it was all worth it Updated on 16 Jun 2016: 3months post op Updated on 28 Jul 2017: I got a tummy tuck don in march 2016 and may 2017 I got a belly ring it got infected whole belly swollen and broken out now already took belly button ring out and now it's July 2017 and it looks aweful has any one experienced this?????

Im Excited to See my Results I had to Order a Smaller garment. Updated on 29 Apr 2015: It's Been Exactly 3 Weeks Today I'm Still Bruised A Bit And Retaining Water second week Back at Crossfit
I waffled for a few years on this issue. I've been a gym rat and ran myself into skeletal proportions and yet my preggo looking tummy mocked me...grrr. At 40 it was time to do something. I first decided on a boob lift because nursing 3 kiddos with natural DDD's = very large flap jacks--so very not sexy! Then I thought why not go for the full Monty while I'm at it?! The hubby agreed so here I am after full TT with MR, BL and lipo to flanks. Here are some before and early afters pics. I'm only 2 days PO and feeling much better. Clearing anesthesia out of my system was the worst part, I felt poisoned and groggy. The drains are a pain but manageable. I coughed up a loogie today and quite literally thought I would split wide open and die... It was hell. The recliner has been a God send as I'm able to get into a standing position easily and stretch my back. Haven't yet made a BM, so I can tell I'm bloated on top of the normal swelling. Drinking protein shakes, eating pineapple and plain chicken breast with unsalted crackers in small amounts. Drinking water galore as well. Here's hoping for a quick and uneventful recovery with beautiful minimal scarring and a super flat and curvy midsection! I'll keep you updated. I'm thankful for the tons of reviews I've read on here because they gave me the courage to go through with this. I won't lie, it's been a tough couple days and the thought "why did I do this to myself" has passed through my mind a few times, but because of all of my fellow realselfers encouragement I know I can do this and will be all the better for it!Updated on 10 Apr 2015: Its been 10 days and it gets easier, I promise. Luckily, my Dr's office supplies a recliner for 2 weeks and it has been a godsend because it's still challenging getting up and down. Back pain from hunching is annoying but I've stopped the narcs and moved on to motrin which helps to some degree so I take frequent breaks and rest my back. I bought a walker from good will and that definitely helped with moving around the first few days. Luckily I don't have to be back to work until 4/26 so I have more time to straighten up my act so to speak! The swelling is a day to day battle as expected, but I wear my compression garment religiously and tell myself constantly that it will subside...eventually. I have also started doing some light lymph massaging to my tummy at night to help move the fluid to the lymph nodes that are still functioning (gotta love youtube). My Doc recommended a product called arnica forte capsules and I gotta tell you they were miraculous. The bruising was so very minimal around the flanks where the lipo was done. And overall the swelling isn't that horrific. It seems to be centered in my abdomen right around my umbilicus. I'm also happy with the placement of the hip to hip scar, he went as low as he could and said that any lower and there would have been a lot of tension which possibly would've caused more problems and an uglier scar. My skimpy old bikinis hid it so I'm fine with it. I will be able to see it next week when the tape comes off. He did a terrific job on my bb and it looks so cute already. Sounds weird but, I wad up a piece of gauze with double antibiotic ointment on it and kind of shove it in there so that it doesn't close flat and meets flush with the sutures around it's sides. Since theres swelling in that area kind of pushing it outwards, I don't want to take a chance and leave any space there to form bulky noticeable scar tissue. Seems to be working so far! Plus, I had kind of a space in there to begin with so I want to keep it looking kind of OG. I've been eating small meals including lots of pineapple and clean protein like chicken breast, eggs, salmon and probiotic yogurt to replace the good flora in my gut because of the antibiotics. I still have my drains in but since they're still producing, I'm OK with it. We're hoping to have them out next week since output is becoming minimal. The hardest part of recovering has been not being able to give 100% at home because I'm just that type of person. My hubby works looooong hours so I have to watch the laundry pile up and I hate it. I just might get a maid in here next week, but as of today he's been working his butt off to try to catch up. I love him so much! I miss the gym and running, but all things in time I know. I will definitely not push it and ruin all of my Dr's great work! Im already pleased at the results and surprisingly I'm more or equally as excited about my breasts! They're right back where they were and Im in love with them! Cant wait to wear cute bras instead of over the shoulder boulder holders of industrial grade! I also can't wait to wear my old bikinis again without my bulging tummy tagging along. Thanks for listening to my babbling and I sincerely hope this helps someone out there along their journey! I'll post more pics after my follow up appt next week!Updated on 1 May 2015: Wow, I can't believe how time has flown by. I haven't been great at posting updates so I'm very sorry! I'll recap the last few weeks though. Swell hell hit me at 2 weeks like a wrecking ball. No joke, If I ate a little too much it felt like I was going to blow! Couldn't fit in my old jeans and it was miserable and just sad sad sad. I thought... Oh hell what have I done to myself. I was constantly exhausted and got winded just walking! I bought some anti inflammatory capsules at the store and began taking them religiously. I sat down when I got tired and let the house be messy. I chose to invest in myself during recovery even though it was tough. I told my 4 year old I couldn't pick him up and I stuck to my guns. At 2 weeks post op I got one drain out which wasn't terrible at all. At 3 weeks I got the other out and found out I had developed a smallish seroma above my BB. Dr offered to drain it but said it would probably reabsorb on its own if I wore my binder continually so I opted for that. I also had all of my tape removed at this time and got to see my incisions for the 1st time! Not as bad as I thought they'd be so I was happy. I was still very swollen and honestly one of the reasons I didn't take or post pics is because I was sad! Sad that I looked like crap after paying all of this money and my sadness got the best of me. I pretty much stayed in that binder 2 weeks straight day and night as tight as it would go and I prayed that I hadn't made a terrible mistake. Fast forward to this week, week 4 and I am so elated and downright overjoyed! The only area worrying me now is the flanks! He says they will continue to shrink because he lipo'd them aggressively and they're still bruised so I'm hopeful! I have to wear my binder for another month but then I can switch to the cool shape wear! I know I'm still swollen but I can see my shape again and I want to cry tears of joy now! I can start working out at 6 weeks he says and I cannot wait to get my muscles and booty back! If you read this all the way through, just know that HEALING takes time, it's a SLOW process but if you're proactive and consistent and you follow all of your PS's directions, you will get there I promise! Good luck to everyone in their journeys. Now here's a nudy picture of my "new" old body!Updated on 1 May 2015: Here's a dreadful before pic for comparison.Updated on 27 May 2015: Another month has quickly passed by and it keeps getting better. In the day to day it seems like it drags and nothing changes, but when I look at pics I can See the improvements. At week 6 I tried to wean myself off of the binder and started working out again. I didn't do any ab workouts just mainly elliptical and weights to arms and legs. I would get badly swollen at night so after about 3 days I had to jump back into the binder! I Would feel super tight and even a little hunched over so I said forget it! For me it feels more comfortable with it on, I can't really explain it other than I fee like my tummy is "tacked" down and feels more supported. I'm also Starting to get a little feeling back in my stomach area. My Belly button area is still mostly numb but Hopefully not for long. My scar is red and bold looking but seems to be healing well. It's flat and hidden by underwear and bikini bottoms so that's a relief! I continue to use the silicone scar treatment and I think it's working very well. Even my breast scars are looking good! This week I felt good enough to start ab workouts as well so I threw them into the mix so I can develop that good old 6 pack! Well, at least a 2 pack by summer would be nice! One thing I stress to anyone reading this before they have the surgery is to get your diet and eating habits in order before surgery so that you are in a good routine. I had a 2 week run with birthday celebrations back to back to back and I actually saw my waistline get a little bigger! Trust me, it can quickly be undone and you don't want to stretch that beautiful tummy out again! I must be signing off for now, but I'll be back next month with an update and hopefully a 2 pack!
I went to my Pre-op appointment on 11/5/2014. I have been scheduled for my TT on Monday 11/10/14 and i am so excited and nervous. With each pregnancy I held on to at least 15 pounds and lost 60 about 6 years ago. No matter what i did i coundn't get rid of the extra skin hanging. I have been wanting this for years and can't wait to see the results. I am posting before and after pictures. Updated on 14 Nov 2014: I am 4 days post op and I am doing well. Walking bent but otherwise starting to feel more normal. Getting up on my own and even did a few dishes today. First day no pain meds. Had my first post op appt yesterday and Dr. Wongworawat said everything looked really good. I only have 1 post op picture we took a peek yesterday. I will post more soon. So far very very happy! Oh, and if you notice my gallbladder scar is further down. :) . Really loved that Dr. W called after I got home from surgery to check on me and to give me his cell phone # and told me to call if I had any questions or concerns. Made me feel so warm and fuzzy. Best Dr. Ever! Updated on 26 Dec 2014: I finally had my first tube removed after 5 weeks... my second tube should be removed on 12/29. I'm having a circulation issue because of my gallbladder scar. Dr. W, had told me before surgery it could happen. I don't smoke and am not diabetic but it did happen. .. it is starting to get better, and my doctor had been keeping a close eye on me. Even after all that, I am over the top happy with my results and the swelling has not even all gone away yet. I will post more pictures soon. Updated on 11 Mar 2015: It's been 4 months since my TT w/ lipo... I am so happy with my results. I made the decision to do this and have not regretted it even a little. I picked the perfect artist to fix me! :) His office girls Lisa and Connie made me feel so comfortable and were so encouraging. There was no pressure at all to schedule it, I actually kept calling Lisa to remind her that I was definitely gonna have Dr. W. do my TT . Best decision I have ever made, no regrets.. here are my post op pics!
