Hello there.
I'm week 5 into recovery after having a breast reduction and lift surgery with Dr Andres Freschi. As you can see from my before picture I was top heavy, and I had a continual red rash under my breasts (often itchy) and I was at times self-conscious. Now all that's gone.
At 62 I feel much better physically and emotionally. My healing journey has been very smooth. I should also mention I had a bit of liposuction in the torso area, which I'm very happy about. If you're looking for a very skilled surgeon, who genuinely cares about you as a patient, there's no other choice, then Dr Andres Freschi. If you have questions I'm very happy to answer them.

Breastfully (Blissfully) Happy!
I’m a 62-year-old Canadian woman who had a G cup size.
My breasts were very dense and heavy. I finally decided to have breast reduction surgery and a lift with Dr Andres Freschi. I’m still healing (it’s been just a month since surgery Feb., 4th) but I’m feeling much lighter.
My breasts are now a perfect size C cup and the lift makes me feel younger.
I wish I had done the procedure a long time ago.
Dr Freschi took very good care of me. The procedure and the healing process was explained very well, and the overnight stay in the bright modern hospital went smoothly.
I feel much more confident in my clothing, and even the light exercising I’m doing feels more comfortable. I’m going to wait a couple more weeks before resuming my normal exercise routine, yoga, swimming and pickleball.
This is my 3 procedure with Dr Freschi. My other surgeries have included rhinoplasty and a 'state of the art' facelift; it was during this procedure that Dr Freschi also corrected an eye job that had gone terribly wrong many years ago.
I’m very thankful I did my research and found this wonderfully skilled and caring doctor.
Dr Freschi comes highly recommended!

Hello, I’m looking at going ahead with a breast lift with Dr Andres as well. I’ll be heading over from Australia so I’m just hoping I am making the right move and have chosen the right doctor. I have been doing a lot of research on RealSelf and the breast reduction before and afters I did find appeared to be really well done. Any advice you could give me about him and being in Buenos Aires would be so grately appreciated :)

Hi Ash92. Yes! you've chosen the right doctor for your breast reduction. Dr Freschi is a superb surgeon and a very caring Doctor. He teaches at international conferences. I'm really happy with my surgery, and as I said in an earlier post I wish I had done it years ago. If you need help with accommodation in Buenos Aires I can help with that, and where to stay. Thanks Nonna :) I may have to take you up on your accommodation recommendations. I’ve got 3 surgeons I am seriously looking into, Andres being one of them. If swift, charismatic responses to my emails were at the top of priority list, Andres would most certainly be the winner :)
