Where do I begin! I'm over the moon about my 62 almost 63 year old face. The procedure was performed by Dr Andres Freschi of Buenos Aires, Argentina. I flew here from Vancouver Canada. These pictures were taken yesterday November 18 and my surgery was November 5, so two weeks ago. You will notice very little bruising. And the healing very easy. I'm amazed at Dr Freschi's skill and the kindness he's shown me. His other patients say the same thing. Read the reviews. If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr Freschi is part of a very small group of plastic surgeons world wide who have perfected this type of facelift. He is part of the five percent crowd when it comes to this type of surgery. I'm also very pleased he suggested a lip lift. It was needed. It makes me feel a bit sexy at almost 63!! Now I'm getting ready for my closeup. A bit of makeup and some pretty clothes. Hi There. I'm sure if you look under his name dr Andres Freschi. You will see some reviews. There's also google reviews. He's an excellent and very caring surgeon. I've had other surgeries with him. All successful. The price varies on the procedure. But all affordable. The currency is in US dollars. Please message me if you have other questions.

Yes, If I knew that someone was this good and affordable, I would fly to another country to have it done as well. I too am 62 going on 63. I guess with aging and changing in appearance, we all tend to lose our confidence. Especially, if like me, you are single. The world does not seem to "see" people when they are no longer aesthetically attractive. I am not sure, if there is a way to contact through this site privately or not.
Do you know what the long term affects of having a deep plane face lift are, do the scars stretch and move with you ?

Hello sorry for my late reply, Real Self's interface is not overly friendly in terms of seeing messages, there is no down side to the Deep Plane Facelift performed by Dr Freschi, my scars are in my hairline and not noticeable at all. They do not stretch. You are in excellent hands.

So happy at almost 63 I decided to do this. See previous review. My surgeon was the wonderful Dr Andres Freschi. I call him the Andrew Jacono of South America. But Freschi's prices are much more affordable for those of us who are neither celebrities or rich! I'm adding to my previous review with better pictures. Please let me know if you have questions always happy to answer!!

Hi, Dr Freschi is located in Buenos Aires Argentina. He is especially skilled at the deep plane facelift, only about 5 per cent of plastic surgeons worldwide are trained in the technique he uses. I call him the Andrew Jacono of South America. However, I think Dr Freschi is much better and so are his prices. They are very affordable. If you have other questions I'm happy to answer them. I also know the city well and can answer any questions you may have about Buenos Aires.

Hi Jane. Thanks! I just got back from Buenos Aires today and I'm in Vancouver for a few days before heading to the Yukon to see my husband. I chose SA because I was married o an Argentinian who sadly passed away. And my daughter lived there for many years. But that aside Dr Freschi is the best at what he does and just happens to live in that part of he world. Also his prices are affordable and he teaches around the world and is well respected by his colleagues. I stayed in a beautiful modern hospital over night. Then went back to my hotel and was able to look after myself. I saw Dr Freschi a couple times a week and stayed 3 weeks. The only difficult part about the trip is it's long. But if you can get good connections which is doable it's a good flight. Especially if you leave late afternoon b/c you can sleep during the evening. Hope that helps.
