I spent countless hours thinking about, reviewing pictures on the internet, and then consulting with oculoplastics even in the USA before landing on Dr. Litwin. After the first consultation I knew I had found the right specialist, a highly skilled surgeon. I had bad eyebags and very hollowed brims. Two prior doctors wanted to perform a non incisional lower blepharoplasty just with fat repositioning. As I already had such a procedure done (with absulutely no results) some years ago, I knew that without a „tightening“ of the orbicularis muscle I would never get the expected result. He performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty with a midface lift.
I couldn‘t be more happy about the result and about the very professional and caring guidance of the doctor and the hospital staff.
Before the intervention, I was invited to attend prior checks and was positively surprised that the hospital would carry out a very important preventive check: respictively they routinely carry out testing for MRSA, which is not even standard practice in Switzerland....
The intervention was done on the 05.12.18 ambulatory. I had very little pain but a lot of swelling, wich is absolutely normal. After 2 month the result was already very very nice.
Very important is to mention that the hospital (Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital) gives a guarantee (one year) for a revision in case of any problem or insatisfaction. I had a little lump on my left eye, wich didn’t dissolve and Dr. Litwin removed on the 26.11.19.
If I had to chose again I would always come back to Dr. Litwin!

Ever since I was a teenager I have suffered with bags under my eyes. These only got worse with age (along with my saggy top eyelids) and have made me look so tired and run down and I was often asked if I had not slept or was ill! I've got a negative vector so was higher risk for complications due to lack of cheek support so had a mid face lift as well to counteract this. I am soooo happy with the results. I feel like I have my face and actually like looking in the mirror now. My husband thinks I've wiped 10 years off my face!

Just wanted to add, the healing process was super easy! I had some swelling and lots of bruising but it had mostly faded by the end of the first week and was completely gone by the end of week 2. I took arnica from the day of the operation, iced every few hours for about 3 days (while I was awake) and slept propped up on pillows for the first 5 days to help with the swelling. There was never any pain, things just felt really tight, especially where my cheek had been re positioned. My eyelids, were numb, especially the lower ones for quite some time, my left lower eyelid is still a little numb in the corner, but is getting more feeling back everyday. I did have the lumps on the side of my eyes, but have been massaging them and the scars with bio oil every evening and they are almost gone completely. I can easily cover them with makeup so no one else notices anyway.

roughly 6 months post op :)

Carried out a botched procedure witbout consent. Removed large amounts of skin. Damaged muscles in eyelid and snapped my eyelid margin. Left eyelid with no stitches in causing a symblepharon. Could not close eyelid . Muscles putting pressure extremely on eyeball on blink. Then discharged without follow up with me suffering . Especially my cornea which Mr Litwin does not check .

Made empty promises and I wasted several days making sure to arrive on time for appointments. Only to be told by a different Dr, that there is nothing he could do to fix my eyelid. Completely contradicted what he told me on the initial consultation, when I handed over £140.
