Avoid - damaged muscles in eyelid and snapped my eyelid margin

Carried out a botched procedure witbout consent. Removed large amounts of skin. Damaged muscles in eyelid and snapped my eyelid margin. Left eyelid with no stitches in causing a symblepharon. Could not close eyelid . Muscles putting pressure extremely on eyeball on blink. Then discharged without follow up with me suffering . Especially my cornea which Mr Litwin does not check .
