Day 5

I am feeling more like myself! Less pain meds and can move around without help. Sleeping in recliner is still not my fave, but I cannot wait to see how I look once the swelling goes down. It’s hard waiting since I want to see results so badly. I feel bigger in my midsection than I was so hopefully I’ll see swelling go down. I DO love the Lipo contouring. I like seeing a curve so that is definitely a plus!

You're looking great! I am six days postop for my tummy tuck. I'm also posting my journey. I hear what you say about the swelling. I definitely have swelling! But I still can see my curve so I have high hopes of what it will look like when I'm fully healed. Still have both trains in but hoping they can come out next week. Every day it gets easier and easier. But my back is definitely killing me! Happy healing!

Can I ask you what are you up to for mini versus a full tummy tuck? It looks like your scar is almost as long as a full tummy tuck?

Explain what you mean by what are you up to?
I'm at 3.5 weeks post op now and doing so much better.
A mini tuck I keep my same belly button- and the top stomach does change, they just fix c section area and pull that down. Is that what you're asking? You still have to cut the same incision, just less skin removal.
