I decided to get breast implants because I breast feed 3 babies and had a lot of lose skin. Before surgery I was what I like to call a deflated size B. I am currently 10 days post op so I'm still wearing a surgical bra. But hoping when I do get sized I will be @ 32 D. I do not regret my decision at all. I love them. The are very even and look nice and full. Updated on 22 Apr 2014: Well I'm 2 1/2 weeks post op. doing great. I just have this one bruise I am worried about. It showed up around day 8 post op and hasn't changed in color or size. I have had it for 10 days now and it hasn't faded in color or size. So I'm hoping its not a hematoma that will need drained. I will upload a photo and maybe you guys can give me some advice. I have a check up with my PS next week so I will defiantly have him check it out then. My recovery has been very smooth. My breast are finally starting to relax a little and soften up. I just took the tape off my incisions so I will put up a picture of that too. Updated on 5 May 2014: I am now a little over 4 weeks post op. My breast are finally starting to feel squishy and I can now push them together for cleavage. When before the were too tight and firm to do this. They are really starting to fill out and I absolutely love them. I just got fitted for the first time a few days ago at Victoria Secret. They say I am a 34DD but I believe their sizes run small. I think my true size and if I would shop anywhere else I would be a 34D. This makes me happy because my goal was to be in a size D when all was said and done. ????
Thank you for your inquiry. Gynecomastia can be corrected with surgical procedures. Liposuction alone often is not the answer usually there is a portion of excision required. You should seek a board certified plastic surgeon and have a consultation. They should be able to advise you what option is best and give you a quote for the cost involved. It is rare for insurance to cover this.
