4 1/2 weeks post op
WORTH IT$4,500
I am now a little over 4 weeks post op. My breast are finally starting to feel squishy and I can now push them together for cleavage. When before the were too tight and firm to do this. They are really starting to fill out and I absolutely love them. I just got fitted for the first time a few days ago at Victoria Secret. They say I am a 34DD but I believe their sizes run small. I think my true size and if I would shop anywhere else I would be a 34D. This makes me happy because my goal was to be in a size D when all was said and done. ????

2 1/2 weeks post op
Well I'm 2 1/2 weeks post op. doing great. I just have this one bruise I am worried about. It showed up around day 8 post op and hasn't changed in color or size. I have had it for 10 days now and it hasn't faded in color or size. So I'm hoping its not a hematoma that will need drained. I will upload a photo and maybe you guys can give me some advice. I have a check up with my PS next week so I will defiantly have him check it out then. My recovery has been very smooth. My breast are finally starting to relax a little and soften up. I just took the tape off my incisions so I will put up a picture of that too.

Please update us with your progress. I live in Ft wayne and I want to get saline. I am dying to hear your progress. How do they feel? soft, hard, or natural? Can you please post progress pics? Your 10 day progress has given me the boost I need for going with saline:)

Thank you for the update. I am going with Dr. Severinac and for some odd reason, I immediately felt comfortable with him.

I decided to get breast implants because I breast feed 3 babies and had a lot of lose skin. Before surgery I was what I like to call a deflated size B. I am currently 10 days post op so I'm still wearing a surgical bra. But hoping when I do get sized I will be @ 32 D. I do not regret my decision at all. I love them. The are very even and look nice and full.

PennySue77 You look GREAT!! And only after 11 days?? You look very natural! You should be proud and just in time to show the girls off at the beach and pool!

PennySue77, I agree with the last comment. You do look great, but I was wondering if I could ask you how the saline feels and if you've had any rippling at all? I need to have my breast reconstruction revised and my only option to get the roundness on top as originally wanted is to replace the silicone implants with saline. However, I'm not as thin as you and the nurse basically said if I lost weight that they would ripple. I would be a high profile DD. I would really appreciate it if you could tell me how yours feel. Thanks, Survivor0826

The saline feel very firm and full but not hard. I have seen no rippling in mine and I have even felt and massaged breast and I can't even tell where my breast muscle & tissue ends and the saline implant begins. I have had some ppl say saline will ripple or you can feel the seems or the implant but I can't. My belief (which I could be wrong) is the ppl who have rippling or can see or feel the implant is maybe because they went too big for their body frame or the implant was place on top of the muscle instead of under. I think a very important key factor is finding a good ps who is going to be honest with you and do what's going to look good and natural and not let you make the decision. Because we are customers but we are not experts. The ps knows best. And as I said in my review I wanted bigger but my ps advised against it because he said I would have rippling or the implant seems would be visible because I didn't have enough breast muscle and tissue to cover that big of an implant. I hope this info helps. Good luck with reconstruction surgery. Best wishes!
