Amazing Doctor and Team

Doctor Ahmet Alp is a true artist. Listened to everything i said, and understood. He was so kind especially because it can be scary, he reassured me multiple times and gave me what i wanted. Spoke great English. I’m 11 days post op still, and i have a long way to go with recovery but im happy with the way my nose looks so far. The assistants were amazing too. Tülay was professional, speaks great English, and replies so quick. She also reassured my mom who was anxious about everything, and helped her as well. She’s a true angel.
The pharmacist lady ( i don’t know her name I’m so sorry) was also so kind and so smart. Explained everything perfectly.
The hospital we stayed at was not the best however, it wasn’t very clean. There was dried blood on the floor that was not mine and they were suppose to come clean it but they never did, and we were out of toilet paper, and we asked for some 3 times, we never got it. I had to use paper towel the entire time. I had to call the nurse to switch out the fluids i was receiving because they kept forgetting and it would be empty, and another one would be hanging.
A couple of the nurses were very kind, reassuring, mainly the ones who DIDN'T speak English.
I overall had a good experience, however i wish the hospital was better.
