How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

5 month update
Hello, here we are in month 5 .....
4 month update
A littlebit hair is growing, this are good news.
But my nativ hair is still shedding than normal.
Hoping it will stop soon and my old hair will grow back.
I'm still taking the drug finasterid. They say with that nativ hair will grow back.
Still there is a long time to wait.

Now I'm nearly the 3 month mark. Yes, it's…
Now I'm nearly the 3 month mark.
Yes, it's day by day harder - the time without new hair is killing me.
I hope hair will grow very very soon.
There are still a lot of short hairs in the recipient area. I guess that i didnt had a bad Shock loss ! Some of the nativ hair are back but the horror is that i'm still in a bad shedding phase. It startet at week 8. They say that it is a normal thing that nativ hair can fall out entire the scalp After a hairtransplant. They call it telogen effluvium and can last for a few month before that hair is growing back. The stress of the surgery can trigger it.
My donor area is growing nicely and there is still no redness anymore.
I hope that i've got enough grafts for maybe a Second HT.
Further i notice that i've got more grey hair than before. But it seems that this is a phenomen after ht, and still nobody knows why it can happen. But thats no Problem at all for me cause i'm not at the age of 20 anymore.
Hoping the shedding will stop soon and all of the lost hair will grow back.
Some say the transplantet hair begins to grow at 3 month mark or later at month 4.
We'll see what will happen.
At this point i'm not really happy - Time will tell!
